Noctua NH-U12S, Premium CPU Cooler with NF-F12 120mm Fan (Brown)

Great noctua cooler! Used this to cool an overclocked an intel 2700k at 1.4v, 4.5ghz. was using water and had 70c core at load. This was 72C and just as quiet without having to worry about leaks! I am amazed at how good air cooling has become!

Very easy to install if you follow the instructions. Almost completely silent. Amazing upgrade from my stock CPU which used to get very loud.

Bought this as a replacement for not-quite-stock-but-might-as-well-have-been air-based cooler I had for my CPU.

I like that this set up works quietly and efficiently for my build. Temps have dropped like they were supposed to.

Ich bin ja eigentlich ein ganz normaler Computernutzer. Keine Spiele, viel Photoshop, ein wenig Office Anwendungen. Trotzdem war der Lüfter meines AM3 mit 6 Kernen unsagbar laut. Aufgrund der vielen positiven Bewertungen kaufte ich trotz des recht hohen Preises diesen Noctua.

This is a really good quality cooler for the money. Mounting takes some doing as you have to pull the motherboard out. I replaced a stock cooler with this Noctua and my idle temps went from 36c non OC to 25-30c OC’d 600mhz. I’m happy with that

Great cooler as long as your case can accommodate the 158mm height. Keeps my CPU about 25C cooler than the OEM socket LGA1150 cooler, and the fan never need to rise above its minimum RPM. I cant hear it at all unless I take the side off of the case. I guess that means its overkill for a 95W CPU like mine, but Ill take it.

These things are so quiet, I was afraid they werent ON. When I first installed it, I double checked and triple checked every few hours cause I just couldnt believe they were that quiet. Sure enough, perfect working condition, my CPU temps dropped 20c at idle but most importantly Im under 70c on a heavy work load which is exactly what I wanted, prior to this I was sitting at 85c on heavy work loads with a stock AMD cooler. 100% recommend if you need to keep your PC cooler for a good price with amazing quality. I was so happy I ended up ordering 4 more of the fans themselves to put around the case even though I didnt even need them lol

Totally satisfied purchase, Id totally buy another one in the future. Its kind of pricey for an air cooler but I guess thats the premium you pay for such a quiet and functional cooler.
