For almost two hours, my friend and I were not able to understand how to attach these clips. At one point, I thought of returning it, which would be very tedious, since we ordered it from overseas. However, my friend managed to get the clips in place. He said this is a very nice cooler and we must not return it. Anyway, I think it would be better to have 4 long screws with amortization for peace of mind. No complaints after we managed to set the clips in place.

I looked for alternatives but decided to bite the bullet and go for an all black , needlessly over expensive Noctua for my 12600K. Ive not OCed the CPU and it runs at 32C+ with light work load, 63C - 72C gaming and 28C idle. I have no issues with build quality , noise , instructions and the mounting system Im just pissed at having to pay $30 more for non-puke brown so 4/5 stars.

Bought this to replace a 1 year old AIO liquid cooler that started overheating for no apparent reason, I decided to go back to air cooling and obviously went for Noctua.

Lowered the temps on my ryzen 7 3700x by only about 5 degrees compared to the stock cooler. You can get coolers just as good for 1/3 of the price. It is very high quality and the silent, but it should be for the price, the fan splitter included was also broken.

Used on a i9 12900k Build NZXT 510 Case . I was worried this would not cool the processor and i would need liquid cooling or the D15 . But this cooler is a beast . Silent as hell . Also in Black .

Bonne alternative à mon AIO dont la pompe ma lâchée au bout de 3 ans et pas de soucis de remise à niveau du liquide de refroidissement avec les refroidissements à air. Se monte très facilement dans une config déjà montée.

The Noctua NH-U12A is surprisingly quiet, it is exactly as the reviews described. I did some basic testing and it alone - without any other case fans - managed to keep the temp of a Core i7 12700K steady at 35. I still have to do additional testing and will update this review when that is done. Although, the price is a bit high I would still recommend it to anyone looking for a none liquid cooling solution.

Bought this cooler as it was the only one that supported LGA 1700 out of the box. It keeps my 12600k in the high 60s under load.

My 5950x never goes above 65C under sustained full load. Ive never owned a cooler that could do that.
