Noctua NH-U12A chromax.Black, 120mm Single-Tower CPU Cooler (Black)

This cooler is awesome! First off, I wanted to go air cooling over water cooling on my i7-12700k and after countless hours of researched I arrived at this. It looks amazing, and the performance for an air cooler is unreal with it not going over 60c even on intense games which is equal to/outperforms many larger air cooling rivals.

Da ich kein Fan von Aios und Wasserkühlungen bin habe ich für meinen I5-12600k diesen Lüfter verbaut und bin begeistert , probierts aus und ihr werdet keine Aios mehr benötigen.

Puede ser un poco agobiante de instalar si nunca has tenido productos Noctua como es mi caso, ya que en la guía de instalación se ven muchos pasos, pero realmente es muy sencillo, Noctua piensa en todo y eso se agradece mucho, silencioso, eficiente y bonito.

I have a 9900k running at 5.2ghz on all cores and the U12a keeps my temperatures between 58-65c. Even on CPU bound games like Battlefield 2042 my temps stay cool. Pair this with some Thermal Grizzly Kryonaught Extreme and call it a day. No issues with RAM clearance and it’s a breeze to mount. Well worth the money.

Have had no problem cooling my Ryzen 7700X CPU with light overclocking enabled. Experimented with ASUS AI overclocking and manual overclocking and it had no issues cooling the CPU with either enabled. Havent seen temps go above 80 degrees no matter what gaming or real world tasks I have done. I really like the fact that it is a realtively smaller dual tower air cooler so doesnt look too massive compared to a NH-D15, but still has excellent performance.

Great cooler that cools my 12700K well. Using in a Torrent case with great airflow so pairing with this cooler was a great choice. The cooler is built well and moves a lot of air with low noise.

Amazing cooling. Even on Intels hottest processor the12900KS it does a good job under full CPU load. Noise level is silent except when CPU cores are all going under heavy load. Then you can hear it faintly. I have never had one lock up on the system while running this heat sync.

Installation and use was straightforward and the system performed as expected. No fuss, no drama.

Ive waited a long time for a black version of the legendary NH-U12A and here it is. Cannot complain, it looks very sleek, and cools better than all 280mm AIOs, sometimes reaching or even beating 360mm ones.
