> 3 dayGot this to cool an intel i9 12900k. I generally dislike water coolers because as sound as an aio maybe I am uneasy having water near electronics. Anyway, I am able to keep an i9 12900k in the 80 to 82c range with peak temperature of 82c p cores overclocked to 4.8Ghz E cores 3.7Ghz under heavy load. In gaming it floats around in the 60c range. So if you are using your rig for gaming only you could maybe push those clock speeds a bit higher and remain in an acceptable range. Fans do not interfere with DIMM slots on a MSI Z690 EDGE board which is huge for me because I was concerned about the ram clearance. Overall, if you dont want to use water cooling this is definitely the next best thing you can buy. Pricey, but worth it!

> 3 dayInitially I was disspointed because this appeared to not work better for me compared to a Noctua NH-U12S with one extra NF-F12 fan added for push-pull configuration. In time however I got to appreciate this cooler and what a good job it does keeping my i9-10900K super cool in all situations. Compact, does not block any RAM slots and super quiet.

> 3 dayGreat cooler. The quality you expect from Noctua. Despite the price, these temps rival that of the D15 with better ram and case compatibility. If you want one of the best 120mm single tower air coolers, this would be one of the best. It is expensive but if you see the value in a black cooler. Buy now and dont worry anymore

> 3 dayEasy to install used it with an asus Z590E mother board and works well and looks great with this mother board. Also running an intel i7 11700K processor and Corsair Vengeance RGB Memory. This fan clears my memory and really like the black color Very quiet at lower speed gets a little loud when running fans at high speed but is doing a great job of keeping things cool. The cooler is a little pricey but very happy and will be installing in second computer build. Using an old Corsair 200T case and clears the side window just fine. Radiator is much thicker than the Noctua NH-U12S and Noctua NH-U12S sat right up to my ram so returned it. Would highly recommend the Noctua NH-U12A Looks nice with my RGB fans and clears ram with heat spreaders and clears side window by about an 1.5 inches!!! Hope this helps.

> 3 dayGreat cooler for anyone looking for something simple and easy to install. Keeps my 5900x idling at 35-45c reaching a max of 75c under 100% usage. The Noctua fans that this cooler comes with are so quiet at 100% power that I can only notice they make sound if I turn my corsair case fans off to listen, and thats without the included noise reducing cables. Highly recommend this over an AIO. I’m giving it 4 stars because of the lack of color options for the fans, and that the $20 chromax magnetic cover for the heat sink is a separate purchase when I feel it should be included in the already expensive price.

> 3 dayLarge and in charge! Lowered the high load temps of my 5800x from 85C to 65C. Idle temps 32-35C. A bit pricey but worth every penny. Very easy to install.

> 3 dayI always choose Noctua Products because they are easy to install and they do what they are supposed to do. Also, Noctua provides a Wealth of Information on their Website about all their Models, so I can make a informed decision on which Model to use. As the saying goes It takes a good Engineer to make a simple Machine to do a simple Job.
