This air cooler keeps my CPU cooler than muly old water cooling system did, and its much quieter. Always trust Noctua. And thankfully the colors are all black, so no more hideous brown and tan fans. Buy this cooler!

Looks absolutely gargantuan on tiny ITX motherboard. Depending on IO panel configuration, you may need to slide fan up a click or two. Despite performance, noise levels are low and pleasant.

It does keep my Ryzen 7 5800x cool even under heavy loads. Max temps have only reached up to 70 C and that is without undervolting.

Read through the simple directions in accordance with your motherboard. Works great for my i7 and probably would use it on an i9.

So my MSI AIO was failing after about only a year or so. Found out there was a recall on it. Too late to get a new one. Idle temps were in the 70s. Decided to go with just a fan cooler this time. Not sure why, just wanted something different I guess. I have always heard good things about Noctua coolers so figured I would give it a shot. Now my idle temps are in the upper 30s and lower 40s. My room is a little warm, so maybe they would be cooler if the ambient temps were a little lower. But Ill take it. Under load with a few games it never went over 65C. So if you are on the fence, I dont think you will be disappointed.

Initially I was disspointed because this appeared to not work better for me compared to a Noctua NH-U12S with one extra NF-F12 fan added for push-pull configuration. In time however I got to appreciate this cooler and what a good job it does keeping my i9-10900K super cool in all situations. Compact, does not block any RAM slots and super quiet.

Keeps my Ryzen 7 5800x cool clocked at 4.0ghz at 100% load. Doesnt hit over 73°c. Best decision I made for my CPU. Works great. Not load at all.

Again, a quality premium product from noctua. I can barely hear the fans. Really easy to install, instructions were quiet easy to follow and also lots of YouTube videos around! I would have preferred this cooler to be £10 cheaper as in the same price bracket as the chrome and brown/beige version. Guess you pay a premium for Chromax...
