Noctua NH-D15, Premium CPU Cooler with 2X NF-A15 PWM 140mm Fans (Brown)

Let me just say that this is one of my best purchases, ever. Ive had this for more than a month now and Im loving it. If youre a silence freak like me and youre looking for a very quiet cooler without lacking in performance, youve come to the right place.

This heat sink is awesome. I run it with both fans in my NZXT H440 and it looks great. Fits perfect, no problem. Keeps my processer and case super cool. Highly recommend.

Bought this Air cooler for my Ryzen 3700x and kept it at consistent low temperatures. 30°-40°C at idle and 64°C at full load. This cooler is no joke. The heatsink is kind of big so remember to install the RAM sticks before the cooler or else you might have trouble installing them later. If you’re not into those RGB aesthetics and are looking solely for performance, Noctua is the way to go hands down.

I bought the NH-D15 two weeks ago and have been using it on my Intel I-7 6700K processor. Its HUGE. Let me warn you if you dont know already but it was way bigger than I expected. Fortunately I bought a Phanteks Enthroo Pro Full Tower Case along with a Full ATX Asus Mobo. Its an amazing cooler and everything about it is quality, from the packaging, the performances and the construction it is probably the highest quality piece of hardware in my PC which says ALOT.

Easy to install and does a great job.

Used in conjunction with a Corsair Airflow 540 case and a Overclocked i7-6700k and 4.6ghz

Checked if this fan was compatible with my motherboard and it was. But I could only install one of the two fans properly because the second fan bumped up against my RAM. This bump up prevented my case glass from screwing fully on. So now theres a gap at the top between the glass and the case. I also needed to use acrobatics to access the screw holes to mount this cooler because this thing literally takes up the entire case. I was also upset that the exact same product in a nicer color is an extra $30 (the chromax black). So for those two reasons Im knocking down the review to 3/5.

Der CPU Kühler ist echt eine Wucht! Trotz sehr großem Tower passt er bei mir gerade so in das Gehäuse (mit etwas nach oben versetzten Lüfter aufgrund der RAM-Steckplätze).

Noctua NH-D15 Great performance but several people have issues mounting the second fan over the memory dimms. I was able to mount one of the included Noctua fans in the middle of the heatsink and a standard (separately purchased) 120mm fan over the memory DIMMs. I could not mount the included second 140mm fan due to clearance issues with the memory dimm. Found many people have this issue. Using 4 DIMMS in x570 Gigabyte Master Motherboard
