> 3 dayThis is the BEST cooler Ive ever used hands down. Its also HUGE, this can be viewed as a pro/con. But when someone looks at my rig and wonders why the side door off, their search for meaning is found when they gaze upon, because you know they didnt hear it, the monster that is the Noctua NH-D15 with not 2, not 4, but 6 heatpipes. Then they see the frosty temps on my OCd 8350 and everything becomes clear, this is the best air cooler you can get. Has science gone too far? Not yet, but Im afraid of what Noctua is doing because its not natural.

Greater than one weekReally cool piece of kit! Does the job, there are cheaper coolers out there but nothing to match this one. This Bad Boy squats on an Intel Core i7 i7-4790K CPU overclocked to 4.5GHz and the average core operating temperature seldom rises above 35degs.

28-09-2024Extremely good job at cooling, but this thing is huge, and I mean HUUUGE, I have this cooler attached to my mATX motherboard lol and the radiator sits atop my GPU, literally, it lays right up against my GPU, which has me concerned so I placed a layer of electrical tape and a thin sheet of plastic, between them.
