Greater than one weekThis product was the largest CPU cooler that would fit in my case. The dinky 92mm cooler tower that the prebuilt came with would ramp up to 4400rpms to keep the 12700k from cooking itself. The noise was very unpleasant from the recliner 12 feet away. Now that the noise is almost undetectable when the C14s ramps up the fan. Its a pretty cooler also if you mount the fan under the heatsink. 10/10

27-09-2024As usual, Noctua makes another great product. They clearly has the easiest installation of any cpu cooler manufacturer out there, I wish other companies would copy them. I’ll recommend any noctua cooler just based on ease of installation alone.

> 3 dayUpgraded my firewall appliance to an i7-4770K to make full use of the throughput provided by my new 500/500 Mbps internet connection. Running Prime95 or AIDA64s System Stability Test saw temps that were alarmingly high so I replaced the cooler I had on the outgoing CPU (an i5-4570T) with this and like every other system of mine that has been graced by a Noctua cooler the temps came right down to comfortable values.

> 3 dayBought this for my NCASE M1 and this cooler delivered. Silent and performs more or less like Noctuas tower coolers like U12s and U12a. Definitely performed better than my old U9S from Noctua as well

23-09-2024much smaller than most 140 mm heat sinks. its foot print is amazingly low. despite being slightly more compact and substantially smaller footprint. it performs much better than coolers that are far larger and interfere more

Greater than one weekSolid Cooler for more low profie builds. Cool and quiet low maintenance proposition compared to liquids coolers. As I swtich to this cooler after my H80i losing liquid over time due to evaporation.

I am using this on a 2700X CPU and a Tomahawk B450 Board and right now it is running at 105 degrees F ... It is quiet but then again I am not a gamer but it seems to do the job ... even when my CPU is maxed out I have only seen the temp. in the 120 Degree area, wish I could say the same for my GPU ... but it is a older one, to be replaced soon... If you have a M/ATX case it wont fit, I can tell you from experience ... one way it gets interfered with by the Blue Ray Drive and the other way by the rear fan... it is a big unit ... I see people complain about the colors of the fan, if that is the case order a 140MM that you like but I really like a quietness and I have maxed it out.... You can mount the fan on the top or on the bottom and yes it clears the memory .... Hope this helps guide your decisions ... I am really beginning to think on these reviews that some people just like to downgrade everything ... I am happy with everything in my system
