Noctua NF-F12 PWM, Premium Quiet Fan, 4-Pin (120mm, Brown)

Using these as replacements on 6yr old falcon-nw computer. I have them hooked up with low noise dongle and using asus pwm motherboard control to slow them bit more. Using this method they are literally dead silent. Im noise junkie and my system is super quiet so in their stock low noise form yes they are silent but not as silent as my system. No biggy little tweaking on pwm fan curves. What impressed me being first time noctura user is how slow these fans are able to go, and they make absolutely zero electrical sounds till they stop because of not enough power. They are very well made. If your looking for very well made fan this is it.

Noctua té diversos models i cal mirar bé lús que se li pretén donar a la seva web. Els hi ha per flux lliure i daltres per flux més restringit més indicat per posar ben a prop davant la part a refrigerar (el radiador de la CPU o bé el radiador per refredar el líquid refrigerant de la CPU). Jo vaig posar aquest en una entrada a la caixa ja que just darrera hi ha un bon feix de cables i abans un filtre anti-pols, i volia una mica més de pressió per assegurar, i el NF-S12A PWM a la part superior de la caixa per treure aire (no hi ha res que entorpeixi el flux daire). Hi ha un altre model que encara dóna més pressió i que seria lindicat per posar davant un radiador o disipador de calor del líquid refrigerant. Ah, la denominació PWM indica que són ventiladors les RPM de les quals es poden controlar des de la placa base, altrament van a RPM fixes.

Der Lüfter läuft seit fast 2 Jahren in meinem PC-Gehäuse. Keinerlei Ausfälle, schön leise, verrichtet das Teil unauffällig seine Arbeit. Wenn allerdings die Temperatur zu hoch wird, was ab und an mal passiert, dann rennt der Lüfter heftig los und es wird dann schon hörbar lauter. Aber wie gesagt, das kommt sehr selten vor. Ich bin hoch zufrieden!

What can I say that hasnt been said about these fans before? Are they ugly? Yes!, Does it matter? No, Are they Silent? Yes Does it matter? Definitely. For those of you whore holding off on these because they bad, if youre going to use them for your water cooler then you shouldnt think too much about it and buy it, because you cant see it once youve installed it (either configuration) those of you who still cant get past the colour scheme shell out a few more and get the black edition one (dont remember the name)

Really happy with these fans. The build quality is far above what Ive seen in other brands. I particularly like the rubber mounts and additional hardware/cable options. All details covered.

Ho comprato questi prodotti della famosa Noctua , devo dire delusissimo , prima di fare lacquisto avevo contattato lassistenza per dei consigli sulla mia scheda madre socket 1366 asus , loro mi avevo detto che potevo stare tranquillo , che mi mandavo il kit per la mia scheda , ma purtroppo ancora oggi non mi e arrivato niente . Ho provato a contattarli , e mi hanno detto che hanno spedito il kit , ho chiesto il numero per rintracciare il pacco , e mi hanno risposto che lanno spedito per posta normale ...... Mha che dire se era problema di pochi euro me lo dicevano gli pagavo io la spedizione a sto punto. Comunque sto ancora ad oggi che non posso montare il mio pc senza il kit .....delusioneeeeee

Ottimo packaging per un buon prodotto. Tuttavia, ho acquistato anche una grand flex pwm che si e dimostrata piu silenziosa a parità di giri e con una portata daria ben superiore quando va al massimo. Sul mio i7 920 overcloccato a 3.8 Ghz ad aria ballano 8 gradi tra i due prodotti sotto carico senza forti differenze sotto il profilo della rumofosita.
