> 3 dayThese are the best fans in the world for a reason... and even though they are the most hideous PC parts that Ive ever seen, I dont think that Ill ever go back.

> 3 dayAll the online review I read called this an excellent fan, and I must agree. It keep my case cooler than the old fan, is definitely quieter, and looks and feels like a quality product. It comes with a 4-pin connector, so my motherboard can control the speed (thats what PWM means). It generally runs at about medium speed (1800 rpm), but my making a special effort to load up my system, I can get it step up to 2200 rpm- and its still silent.

> 3 dayTheyre very much adaptable to different cases. Super quiet. The evidence I needed that you get what you pay for, and Noctua means truly high quality

> 3 dayGot this as an upgrade for my Evercool 5.25 drive bay. Moves more air at lower db with and is a better quality build overall. Hard to beat Noctua.

> 3 dayVery low noise fans. The quiet adapter it comes with is really good. I have 5 nested 4 pin PWM fans plugged into the little low noise adapter cable. now all fans are running at 600~ rpm (what i needed). Now I can sleep at night without turning off my server. (This could have been done through BIOS or a fan controller. But, it is still very neat.)

Greater than one weekA bit more expensive than most fans of the same size, but they are rather quiet and will move air effectively. I have a pair in the back of a rack-mount computer case and it does the job well, quietly.

> 3 dayReplaced a noisy Cooler Master fan that came with my HP computer with this one. What do I hear now? Absolutely nothing.

> 3 dayMost 80mm fans are noisy, these, like other fans from Noctua, these are whisper quiet.
