> 24 hourIf you are into fancy boxes and flashy marketing then buy this. This is just got a little bit more flare with the rubber attachments and louder than the NF-R8 (NF-R8 rated at 17.1). If you stick the adapter (but why bother? ) you can get the sound down a little bit more for the price.

> 24 hourThe fan I was delivered had no damage to the box, yet the fan was not as quiet as the factory cooling fan on my old dell xps8700.

> 24 hourThe packaging screamed quality; adapter cables, extension cable, mounting screws, silicone mounting pegs, detailed instructions on the different uses and possible installation options, wrapped cables, etc... This fan comes with silicone anti-vibration mounts on all 8 corners that are removable, should you wish to. Quiet, this fan is whisper quiet, even at the highest speed. You can connect to 3 or 4 pin terminals on your motherboard. I could not be happier with this purchase & have already ordered a second fan.

> 24 hourFit perfectly in an older Dell 790 SFF. Less noisy than the stock fan. Seems to be keeping things cool. Had to use with a Pocaton 5Pin Female to 4Pin Male Socket Connector Jack PWM Cooling Fan Power Cable Compatible with DELL PC in order to connect to the motherboard.

> 24 hourIm using it as a OEM fan replacement on top of the OEM Intel heatsink for a i7-7700 CPU. It made a 5 to 8 degree Farenheit difference. Thats better than nothing. Before anyone says, just replace the stock heatsink with an aftermarket upgrade you big dork!, LOL..., I tried that already.
