> 3 dayThis fan costs a bit extra, but it is super quiet, moves a ton of air and comes with mounting and connection hardware that was never included with any other replacement fans I purchased. I did not need all the hardware for the install of this fan but I was crucial to another retrofit that I had to do.

Reduced motor hub size
