> 3 dayBought 2 of them after reading reviews. Sounded too good to be true.. and it was.. Yes they are silent.. but yes they dont move any air!! might as well put a cheap fan and unhook the power cable. I bought them for use on my 1u NAS that had 2 40mm fans that were extremely noisy at full speed. I did throttle the stock fans down all the way via bios controls. The stock fans on the case move 4 times as much air at the lowest setting compared to the Noctua. If I would have left the Noctuas on my NAS my drives would have melted. This is all just fancy packaging and cables folks.

> 3 daygreat, as close to silent as you can get and they come with a nice set of different wires to match most standard plugs. I had to splice mine and solder a connecter to match the fan I was replacing but still worked great

Reduced motor hub size
