This HP 17 inch offers most features that you need in a basic laptop, full HD screen, I5 processor, Windows 11 and a backlight keyboard. This arrived and updated easily, audio was OK. Only issue is the silver keyboard which has smallish letters and numbers and in normal light is more difficult to see then say a black keyboard. The back-lighting does help in the dark but I seldom find that of use. You have to remove the entire bottom now to upgrade memory rather then a plate that can be unscrewed, so access could be improved. For just under $600 its a good value.

Even thou it was as new, it came in as out of warranty. After several calls to HP the problem is now fix.

My hubby bought me a new laptop for my birthday. While a sales representative was assisting us, I found the perfect one ! (So I thought)............As long as you are comparing apples to apples, they will price match, but when you find the same computer with more storage & speed, they will not match. Salesman said to buy the one on line because they were not identical.

I love the big screen, the back-lit keyboard, and 10 key. The keyboard is very comfortable to use. Very very happy.

This HP laptop contains Windows 11 which operates at lightning speeds when you look or search for websites. This computer as mega storage space which you will not have a problem with storing anything. I like the design of the computer. I shofpped locally in my area and could not find anything that even came near this computer. Also Amazon was fast at shipping this to me. I highly recommend this product to anyone.

I buy HP because of good experience with them over the years. I bought this computer Mid-May. As I set up the computer I came across a entry Warrantee expired January 2023. I tried to register this computer with HP both by Model number and serial number. In each case HP response, they dont recognize the numbers.

Ordered for an employee. Great machine, powerful/fast, and a very nice and easy to read screen. Battery life is reasonable as it can last the employee for almost an entire work day while using Adobe Indesign.

I just received my computer. I am finish setting it up, I love it. It’s quick…which was so important to me. Make sure all your software updates are downloaded in settings. Also…to turn on your keyboard backlight it’s Shift F5. Best purchase ever.

I was expecting -it was in the description and photos--2 SuperSpeed USB Type-A 5Gbps signaling rate; 1 USB 2.0 Type-A; 1 HDMI 1.4b; 1 RJ-45; I was sent laptop with NO SD SLOT, NO RJ-45 port and only 2 standard size USB ports. I was very disappointed been wait for many years to be able to afford a new laptop and I got baited and switched, or maybe they just made a mistake, maybe. Laptop came in good shape. Best read all the reviews of this seller, then make your decision. I returned the laptop never even turned it on, the ports are what I bought this one for. most modern laptops are lacking sufficient connection ports. Hard to find anything suitable anymore, thought I found it. I got suckered.
