> 3 dayThis is just a straightforward 8-port unmanaged switch that does one thing very well: split a network signal into 10/100/1000 ports. No frills and just works.

Greater than one weekeverything is good except for design. my problem is source port. they design so badly because it makes a lot of space for this design. I hope them to fit it.

> 3 dayGood switch, worked great right out of the box. Feature ratings misleading-this is not WIFI-Its a hard wired switch. I also didnt need tech support, its basically being used as a dumb switch. Plug it in, connect the Cat 5 cables and away you go. Big improvement in speeds over WIFI. Prior I had speed tests of about 29Mbps with WIFI and got close to the 200Mbps Im paying for with the switch. Which is expected with WIFI, but thats why I bought it for the desktop connections.

> 3 dayThis product definitely fixed my problem by providing me addition access points for all the stuff I have. I took velcro Command strips and mounted it on the back of my desk. Doesnt take space on my desk and I dont see all the wires.

> 3 dayIt is exactly as expected. Plug and play. If you live in Canada the app does not support this device as per today but you can still register the product on a desktop...Very solid build. It doesnt look like a toy at all...highly recommended.

> 3 dayI decided it was time to get a decent un-managed switch with full 1 Gb/sec throughput, and this unit seems to be very reasonably priced when you consider that you get 16 ports at a price not much more than what you would pay for a consumer-grade switch with many fewer ports and 100 Mbit/sec throughput or even less. The difference in quality of construction is apparent- this unit weighs almost 2 pounds versus other consumer grade switches that weigh less than half a pound and can be dragged off a shelf by a few cables. The connection lights on the back of the unit are left and right green LEDs that indicate the maximum speed of each connection- 10, 100, or 1000 mbit/second. I am very happy with its perfromance and have not had to reset it once in over a month of use.
