First Amazon had issues shipping and just canceled. I complained and they refunded my money and sent me a replacement for free. I have a hard time calling it a replacement when they never sent it in the first place. A week later it died. I believe it was refurbished because I had troubles setting it up with the provided credentials. I did a factory reset and no more issues, that indicates it was previously setup. Now Amazon would give me a hard time on replacing a product that was already replaced for free. I contacted Netgear support that gave me the run arround, asked me to used a DMM meter to triage the problem. After the 3rd round of questions and try this, I quit! FREE Garbage!

It’s fantastic and just plug in and play. Compact, easily mounted and does what it says on the box

Works as expected with my patch panel and Orbi setup. Solid speeds (Typically see 130 -170MB/sec over my whole home cat5e backbone.

Added to a wifi router via one LAN port

This is really nice switch. I wish the Ethernet plugged into back with lights in front versus both plug and lights on the same side. Silly issue I know, but usability wise that would work better. Net, very nice switch, great warranty, easy to use.

Im not a low voltage expert so I can only express from the feeling after using it. Does work but the internet speed is not as good as if I connect the modem directly (drop by 100mbps for a 500mbps internet). I dont know if this is normal. But I need these switches so I will keep them.
