> 3 dayUsually its not a huge deal to most, but if you want to best in class when cost and performance are both important, this is my go to brand and has been for decades. I wouldnt recommend the dirt cheap stuff found on here as the cheap stuff can dry up within months and youll need to remove your cooling device (FAN or AIO) multiple times a year to make sure you have proper protection for your computer or graphics card.

28-09-2024I’ve been using Arctic silver 5 for years now. It’s the only thermal compound that I’ll use at this point. Works great for water cooling or air cooling and doesn’t dry out fast. This particular lot of it comes with a spreader so that’s a bonus but personally I’ve never had a use for one. It’s reasonably thick but spreads nice. As an added note, this also works well to attach a waterblock to a GPU.

Greater than one weekI don’t have much experience with thermal pastes, but the thickness and spread of this brand was about perfect I’d say, the pea size or X-method work great. Temps dropped a couple degrees compared to Corsair’s thermal paste on the h100i. The main reason I went with this is because of the reviews I found on the internet, not disappointed

> 3 dayThe compound was easy to use. I took apart my original model PS4 and reapplied this compound, have a lot leftover as well.
