I am using it for the MacBook Pro A1707, which is slightly smaller than those listed, but it enables an easier inside reach for the laptop to be removed. The handles are sturdy and the outside pocket opens up nearly all the way, providing good viewing of whatever is stored there and easy access to any item. Also, being a color outside the usual black, it is very distinguishable from other cases.
