Got this after reading other reviews for my middle schooler and I have no regrets! It fits all of his binders, books, and computer. When empty it flattens out and fits easily into a small school locker. The material and zippers feel really nice and strong, doesn’t seem like they will wear out or wear through quickly like other backpacks do.

Things I like about the bag: - S-T-O-R-A-G-E - It has crazy amounts of storage. This bag has pockets and places to stuff things all over it. - Integrated charging for phone (power bank not included) - smooth, easy zippers - strap on back bag to slip over luggage handle (huge benefit for travelers) - security pocket on back padding (great place for keeping passport as its up against you) I bought this backpack in May 2019 for travel. After only a few trips, the plastic handle split. I was pretty disappointed, but I had gotten the bag for half the price of the bag it was replacing (swissgear backpack) so I assumed it was just a quality issue. However, I contacted the supplier through Amazon asking if maybe there was a way to replace just the handle. They responded and offered to send me a whole new bag! Wow! I received it just a few days later. The replacement is just like the one that I bought so I am nervous that it could happen again, but what great customer service! To send a new bag 10 months after purchase is pretty rare. I feel confident that if it were to happen again, they would stand behind it again and they also said they would look into the design. I would purchase this bag many times again.

This bag is great. It’s big enough for my laptop, keyboard, mouse pad, wrist pad, binders, folders, pens, phones (two of them), water bottles (I have 16oz bottles) and more. Durable material, zippers, and handles. I recommend for middle school and high school kids too!!!

La compre porque me gustaba la combinación del morado claro y el negro. Sin embargo al recibirla el morado no era como el de la foto. Aún así es un bolso bastante grande y funcional

3 years now no fraying no holes and the zippers still work. And according to my wife, Im rough on everything. I make a bull in a china shop look docile

Pretty big bag with lots of pockets and areas to store things. I haven’t gotten my system down with this bag yet but it def has enough room for all of my stuff when traveling by plane. It was great on my last trip. I’ve only had it for a few weeks so no understanding of longevity yet. EDIT - 10 months in and this bag is still going strong. Looks great - I beat the heck out of it and it still looks like new. Very happy with it still. The only issue I think is its so big sometimes Ill loose track of things - had a full delta small waterbottle get caught up in TSA because I totally didnt see it...

Was really pleased with the storage options, design and fit of this pack. I immediately ran into one significant design issue with the back collar strap that runs across the back of your neck or upper back. Knocked off one star. The more active a person you are the more this is likely to be an issue. Depends on how tight & high or low and loose you wear the pack and how often. That back collar strap that runs between the back straps is not soft and will rub sores on your neck if you are at all active or using the pack worn high for any length of time. The back collar strap needs to be cushioned, designed to absorb sweat and breath like the rest of the back straps & padding. I like this pack and will not ask for a refund despite this being a big issue for me. I simply asked a seamstress friend to sew on back collar padding.
