I had read all the reviews. I was very concerned because everyone said HDMI did not work with 144hz, but I was able to go into windows display adapter settings and get 144hz no problem. The product question and information is incorrect... The photos and description say TN panel and the answered questions state VA panel, Im not too sure what that means but I know my monitor is bright, matte, looks good, and is of high quality. 9/10 Fantastic monitor, poor description.

I wanted a new monitor, a larger monitor for my old fart eyes, a monitor that had a higher resolution, faster response time, and BIGGER than my previous HD monitor. This monitor fit the bill, it is gorgeous, and has met or exceed all my expectations. After it arrived I realized it has speakers! I got so caught up in researching the picture picture specifications that I missed that feature. My speakers dont work. My PC recognizes the monitor has speakers, but will not play through them. Even tried a different computer, no joy. I have external speakers and a headset that I use, I didnt buy this for the speakers, so I decided it wasnt worth the trouble to replace it for a function I didnt plan to use. But, yes it rankles a bit, so take off a star for what would have otherwise been a 5-star review.

144 Hertz NOT available for 1920 x 1080 in full screen mode. first if you want greater than 60 Hz which you should know is necessary for monitors because 60 Hz is harmful to the user because your mind can see the flicker if less than 75 Hz; you seem to have forgot how harmful it is to use 60 Hz? Requires Display port for greater than 60 Hz. may display 1920 x 1080 at 75 Hz. I resized display using Nvidia Control Panel and was able to get 144 Hz using nonstandard configuration and is not support in Native mode.

I replaced a 120hz 27 1440p IPS panel that I overclocked because it began to die. I wanted the same thing but I found the 1440 at 27 was just a little too small. I wanted to stretch that out to 32 and I wasnt going to compromise. The problem was at the time of my purchase there were no monitors that fit that bill that were also IPS. Giving up those colors and viewing angles was a hard decision but I did it. Overall I like the monitor. Ive been using it for a few months. I still notice the viewing angles and the image quality will never be as good as an IPS but its a good monitor and Im pleased with it. The perfect monitor for me would be 144hz 32 1440p IPS. Someday Im sure.

Got this monitor along with a new PC build to get into 1440p 144mhz gaming. Works like a dream! Its really perfect for the price point. Very vivid, and zero issues out of the box. Which was my main concern. As youre probably seeing with reviews on every 1440p monitor around if youre trying to decide what to buy for 1440p gaming, the quality control seems terrible across the board. I have two friends who had to RMA both of their brand new 1440p monitors. The fact that I dont have any dead pixels, any visual issues, any flickering, any problems with text is a huge relief given the cost of these sorts of Monitors. Very happy for now, but will update this review it the monitor flakes out on me. As it stands, this is a beautiful 1440p monitor with fantastic performance. Would recommend.

Its a well made 1440p 144hz monitor that doesnt break the bank and only has one downside, and thats how dim the monitor is. Its not unbearable by any means, but it could stand to be brighter.

Yes its a working 144 Hz monitor, yes its 32 inches (31.5 actually). Thats about where the good things end. The pixels take a very long time to change from black to any other color. This has the effect of causing a motion blur when bright things move over a dark backdrop. Games do not look good like this, its like having the motion blur turned on, but some how worse. Even sitting about 20 inches from it, the edges of the screen appear more grey than white. At least this isnt a very expensive piece. Buyers remorse? Yes... I should have spent another $200 and gotten something I would actually like.

This monitor works great with an NVIDIA graphics card! Manually enable FreeSync/Adaptive-Sync in the NVIDIA control panel software. Im running this monitor with an NVIDIA GeForce 1080 card, playing many different FPS and RTS games with no negative issues. Writing a review now that Ive got more than two months runtime on the screen. Recently upgraded from an ASUS 27 display to this LG 32 model on my primary gaming PC. As my eyes get older, I prefer larger size displays, especially when increasing resolution to 2560x1440p in games. For office work, Im running two ASUS 27 IPS displays (B009C3M7H0). Im not a fan of the red accent trim on this LG monitor. Fortunately, when you sit in front of the monitor, only the black trim is visible. The red highlights are seen from the side and back, unless you replace the stand. I bought this LG 32 monitor from Amazon in October 2019 for $346. Current price in December 2019 has gone up some. Its still a good deal. I was looking for 32~34 screens as upgrades for my kids computers, and this model is still one of the best values available.

I finally pulled the trigger on this monitor after doing 6 weeks of searching for the best monitor for me. I received it yesterday, and it is an outstanding monitor. I sit about 3 feet away from the monitor. You probably do not want to be any closer just because you wont be able to see the whole monitor. It is an outstanding picture with excellent contrast. It is plenty bright for me (set at 60). I have no idea what source people are using saying that they can see pixels. I am an AV snob, and I see no such thing. There were no dead pixels, setup was a breeze, and the menu is quite easy to navigate. I am very pleased with the purchase. Next up, an upgraded GPU to make full potential of this monitor!
