Picture quality of this monitor is great, bought for gaming purposes. It serves the purpose very well. Will recommend this from those looking for affordable gaming 32 monitor. It has 165Hz, G-SYNC, 5ms, Thin vessel monitor.

I have had this monitor for a year now with no problems, all I can say is wow. The response time is amazing and it is built sturdy. The colors are nice as well as bright. The settings are easy to adjust. It has given me a great gaming advantage. The the crosshairs that I turn on in the middle of the screen allow me to know where my real center is so that I am more accurate. Personally I use a PS4 with the monitor (I bought this in preparation for the PS5) so Im not even using the resolution to its maximum capacity. The only negative thing I can say is the screen feels like it could be broken on accident. Its does not feel like it is well protected. So keep safe from kids and areas that they play in because a hit from a ball could quite possibly break the screen.

Let me open up this review by saying, yes, you should get this. Its good. I like it. I dont regret my purchase in any way whatsoever and you probably wont either. Im now going to complain because something this good shouldnt have some of the weird nearly-inconsequential flaws that it does. Input auto-switching is finicky. You occasionally have to do it by hand when it should be obvious to the monitor which input is active. The slim bezel is a double-edged sword. I love that its comfortable to use in a pair. I also wish it had a little more top bezel to clamp a camera to. FreeSync works great and theres an extended compatibility mode that is intended to make it work with G-Sync if you monkey with your drivers a little. That isnt as consistently reliable as I wish it were, but once you get it going its mostly fine. It urgently wants to go into sleep mode if theres no signal. This isnt really a problem at all unless you have multiple systems hooked up to the monitor. If you do, you will often find yourself in a situation where you switch inputs, turn on your other machine, and if it doesnt boot like lightning the monitor will assume theres no signal and switch back. Its really only annoying if you want to get into the second machines setup mode or EFI menu. The back of the monitor is not flat. Its curved toward the mounting post. Remember that camera I wanted to clamp to it? The back of the monitor is not parallel to the front, so the clamp is a little wonky. I read every slip of paper that came with the thing and carefully assembled the mounts. Theres still a small plastic clip in one of the parts bags that I have no idea whatsoever what its for. Its shown on the parts diagram with no description and Ive probably spent a good hour trying to puzzle out where its supposed to go. Maybe one day Ill figure it out but until then the little clips sit in a drawer. Heres my big one, though, and Id almost call this half a star off the review if I didnt really like this monitor: Two identical monitors from the same shipment sit at different heights. The height is adjustable just fine (although one post is a little stiffer to move than the other). If you bottom out both of my monitors, though, one sits about a quarter of an inch higher than the other. This wouldnt really be a problem for anyone who doesnt have a kind of high desk. I have a kind of high desk so I have to bump the other monitor up by that quarter of an inch. In any case, its still a great monitor and Im super happy with these things. No regrets. Despite the fact that 80% of this review consists of complaining, all the things I didnt talk about are fantastic. Pictures great. Price is terrific. Easy to put together. Doesnt take up a ton of space. Has a bit of cable management in the back for multiple inputs and its pretty easy to reach back there and blindly mess with plugs if you have to. Power cord is acceptably long. Itll actually show a scaled picture if sent a 4K signal, although by default it will complain that youre in the wrong resolution. I dumped the EDID and its pretty accurate; its not faking that its a 4K monitor, it just happens to not fail outright if you get a high resolution signal. All the good stuff. Oh. Right. The stand is kind of ugly. Its got these cool gamer red stripes on it that are a bit tacky and dated. If you put the monitors on a swing arm you can avoid having to look at the stands feet. So, yeah, buy it.

This was my first gaming monitor I have ever purchased and I did a TON of research before making my decision on this panel. First off, at $300 , 32, 144 hz, and 1440p, it was an amazing deal. Im very loyal to LG so I might be a lil biased but their products have never disappointed me and this one is no exception. I love absolutely everything about this monitor except for slight lack of pixel density. I really wish a 27 model for this price and specs was on sale at the time I bought this monitor but its still fantastic. If you can get it for a decent price, its one of the best 32 panels on the market.

I bought this in March 2019 (at $400) and its still my daily. This thing has given me so much value for what people consider a budget gaming monitor now adays. 1440p @ 144Hz is perfect for me.

Initial impressions were quite good. I was really impressed with the build quality on first taking it out of the box. Once I plugged it in though, it fell really short of my expectations. Im not sure if it has to do with the panel type since Ive only ever used ips and this va, but the image was very soft despite this having a greater pixel density than my last monitor. The screen was also quite dark, and adjusting it on my pc and the monitor just made the image look terrible even with other adjustments. I could only keep this one up for awhile before it started to make me nauseous. Keep in mind that unless you plan to wall mount or have a monitor arm, the stand forces the monitor pretty far away from the wall. I have a pretty large desk and it still felt like it was in my face because of how large it is and how close it has to be.

I was looking for an affordable but good quality QHD monitor to replace my ancient 24” FHD monitor. The 32” size of this monitor is great. A 4K monitor at this size end s up with very small pixels so QHD seemed like a better choice. The style of this monitor seemed good. My only hesitation was that they didn’t include the power supply inside the monitor; it has an external power brick that I will probably lose at some point, making this monitor useless. Message to monitor manufacturers: no power bricks! Use the standard AC power input connector. There are very few perks with this monitor: no USB for peripherals, no cool LED lights behind the screen, limited inputs, no split screen. I could talk about the color and brightness, but there is no point. The one huge glaring fault with this monitor makes calibrating or even trying to adjust the picture moot. The viewing angle at the edges is so large at the distance I sit, that the color gets washed out at the edges. No amount of calibrating or adjusting can fix this. They should have made this a curved screen if they wanted to use such a cheap lcd. With all that said, my son uses it for school and games, and he has no complaints so I guess we will keep it.

I recently replaced my 15 year old computer with a new gaming rig. Obviously it doesnt make much sense to invest in a high-end PC only to get bottlenecked by my old 1080p 60 MHz monitor, so I went looking for alternatives. After doing some research, 4K monitors seemed excessively expensive. Im intrigued by ultrawides, but theyre also pretty pricey. 1440p monitors are great values right now, however. At this price point, Im very comfortable picking up a good 2K monitor that will hold down the fort for a few years until 4K and/or ultrawide prices come down to earth. Im positive that one of my college-aged kids will take this off my hands when I decide to replace it. This monitor is huge compared to the 24 screen that it replaced. The picture quality is great, and it handles triple digit frame rates with no problem. Im definitely satisfied. The only tiny complaint I have is that the DP cable that comes packaged with the monitor is very short. That doesnt matter much to me since I have my rig sitting on my desk right beside the monitor anyway, but youll probably need to buy another cable if you put your computer under your desk.

Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase but feel it prudent to remind others: THIS IS STILL A VA PANEL. It will absolutely exhibit poorer performance in motion than TN or IPS counterparts. Smearing, especially when pixels shift from dark to light colors, is quite noticeable depending on the scene. It is still something I am getting used to. That isnt to say I think this is a bad product. Good color, great blacks, refresh rate is incredible especially in faster pace games (particularly for someone like me who has lived a 60hz life for far too long), and when you compare it to IPS alternatives which are far more expensive for comparable size/specs, and TN alternatives which are great for competitive gaming but sacrifice contrast and rich color, it is a good value. Just know if you go with this product that there are compromises for what you are getting at this price.

Immerse yourself in your favorite games with this fast VA monitor featuring a 1ms (GtG) response time, wide viewing angles, and high color accuracy with sRGB 95%. See moving objects on the screen more clearly with a high native 165 Hz refresh rate and 1ms Motion Blur Reduction. NVIDIA G-SYNC and AMD FreeSync Premium support virtually eliminates screen tearing and minimize stutter in high-resolution and fast-paced games for a fast and fluid gaming experience with supported video cards. Dynamic Action Sync reduces input lag and elevates your gameplay, allowing you to respond to your opponents quickly, while Black Stabilizer allows you to see them more clearly in the dark. Use the Crosshair feature for enhanced vision and precision in first-person shooters. Adjust the tilt, height, and pivot for the best ergonomics, ensuring that you have the most comfortable viewing position to play your games.
