Replaced two TEN year old 27 viewsonic monitors with these LG monitors. RTX2080 graphics card instantly picked up G-SYNC and magically worked. Even though the monitors sit high for my taste, everything else about these monitors is excellent. Highly recommended. Colors pop out, HDR gaming is amazing, blacks are deep and not washed out like my old monitors.

I was honestly kind of cautious to buy this because I was unsure of the quality. After purchasing, I am a fan and my Fiancé is an even BIGGER fan! The response rate is great, the picture looks phenomenal! It came earlier than expected, had no issues, and overall we are very impressed. He has upgraded this one to be his first monitor in his dual monitor set up; so overall very affordable option and very worth the price!

Would have given it 5 stars as I have another one similar to this one, its an older version. BUT....this was definitely a open box, resale item that was returned and sold again. It didnt come in the factory LG box like my other one did. I do have it plugged in and it is working and seems to have come with everything needed for it to work. So far, so good. Love the monitor but not to hip on resale items personally.

What monitor that auto turns off gets burn-in? LG. This piece of crap broke a week after the exchange window with Amazon closed. Never again.

In my first few days of use, this has been a great monitor. You can absolutely tell the difference going from a monitor only capable of 60Hz with a 5ms refresh rate to 240Hz and 1ms refresh. And, on that alone, its a 5-star monitor. However, I removed a star due to the terrible placement of its port and power. All of the ports and power are in a slightly recessed area right next to where the VESA mount is. If you are not careful (and they show you this in the actual documentation), you can literally crush your DisplayPort/HDMI port or the cable itself by trying to cable manage using a monitor arm. If you swing it a particular way, it puts an enormous amount of vertical pressure (it plugs in horizontally at a right angle to the back of the monitor) that you can cause irreparable damage to either the ports or the cable itself. To me this is a terrible design flaw and warrants at least a reduction in 1 star (and making an effort to comment on it). Because of this design flaw, Ive had to remove my monitor arm and stick with the stock stand until I can figure out how to properly arrange the arm in such a way that it cannot be accidentally broken by pushing the monitor toward the wall where it collapses the arm. It was well worth the purchase at the Prime Day price I got it for. However, at its typical price point, look for another monitor that has vertical ports that plug in parallel to the back of the monitor that provides much less risk to damage when using a monitor arm.

Good balance of features for a relatively low cost. Pros: Easy setup, vibrant colors out of the box. 240 Hz refresh rate. First set of monitors Ive owned that was not 60 Hz. You can definitely tell the difference Adjustable height. Love it. Most non-adjustable monitors seem to sit too low for my taste. Price. Very reasonable for the features. Cons: Dorky, space wasting stand. Legs splay out 17. WAY too much real estate needed. I prefer the old school weighted round bases. Border. The 3 side virtually borderless display is misleading. YES, there is very little FRAME on 3 sides...but the screen itself has a non-usable 1/4 border around all 3 sides. Butting 2 monitors together will still leave you with a 3/4 viewable gap between the 2 displays. All in all, my gripes are minor, Im happy with my purchase, and would recommend this monitor.

It isnt the part about the screen being huge that you need a bit table (although it partially is), but it is the stand that takes up half of a normal desk. The stand sticks out a few inches in the front, and the mount is about 6 inches for the back. Other than that, this Monitor is amazing. Great image quality.
