Greater than one weekUpon pressing power button it just powered on and off constantly. NBD really, and they refunded the money, but its just a pain to have to jump through the hoops to return and a bummer to not get the laptop I had my heart set on.

> 3 dayim upgrading to a modern laptop, as I have just used my phone for any web browsing. I knew if i was going to spend any money on a computer, I would spend a little more than i wanted to make sure I got the best performance and aesthetics for the money. This computer is perfect for what I wanted. Ive never owned a gaming PC before, so i dont have high expectations, I just wanted it to be on par with what my playstation can do. This computer can run Forza Horizon 4 at 128- 160 FPS, and Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2019 at 70- 100+FPS. Cant ask for much more in a cheaper gaming laptop. Im perfectly happy. build quality is pretty good too.

> 3 dayFor the money, you cannot beat it (no really). For a laptop, this thing blazes, especially for the price.

> 3 dayThey sent me Y545 pro instead of Y540, while with all correct hardware set up. That is really weird! And I dont think this laptop is a brand new one. It is more possible that the laptop is rebuilded and occasionally with the wrong case model……and i was trying to upload some photos but failed. I dont know why

> 3 dayI got this for my wife and it has been a great gaming laptop for all the games she plays. Only issue, and it seems to be a pretty common one, is the charging port that you plug the power supply into comes loose. We tried several work around to keep it secure, but eventually had to pay to get the charging port replaced. It wasnt an expensive fix (about $150 in total including mailing it to a specialist) but it was annoying and beyond my ability to fix it due to being soldered to the motherboard.
