Kingston 480GB A400 SATA 3 2.5 Internal SSD SA400S37/480G - HDD Replacement for Increase Performance

I have 6 of these.. I drop them in my new rig builds just to run Win10 Pro.. fast, reliable, never had a problem.

My Windows 10 Pro PC starts up from an OFF state to the desktop in around 30seconds . transferring files with this thing is a breeze . its small almost featherweight . Install your OS on this thing and you wont be dissapointed (and some programs of you want) especially if your switching from and HDD(hard drive) keep in mind that if you plan on storing lots of files or games , leave this thing clean (besides your OS) and store everything else on an HDD. You dont wana be filling this guy up and run into some issues . Note: ive installed games on it just fine but I move them to my HDD to give it maximum efficiency for running my OS. Oh and I keep my few programs installed on it because they do respond better .

I have bought several units of this Kingston SSD.

This was the second drive I purchased to upgrade a laptop. The first was an open box that looked like it had been put into an oven. So I sent it back and got a new one instead. It worked perfectly like every Kingston drive Ive used. It didnt come with a drive caddy but I didnt expect that it would and was ready for that. Installation was quick and easy. I cloned the on board drive, flipped the laptop over, switched out the drive, replaced the case and was done in under 30 minutes. Most of that time was cloning the drive and verifying the cloning process.

Over all works for what I need it to.

Easy to install, bios recognized them without any errors. I help increase my frame rate on gaming. I am satisfied with the performance.
