The holder part is not wide enough to hold an iPad or Kindle that has a childs bumper/cover on it, but you can wiggle it in. Its not ideal, but it helped. I bought it again, though, because it was the easiest one to set up, keep up, and store after trying a couple of others. I used them for the dreaded homeschooling.

Im deaf, so I use an iPad to transcribe what people are saying. I needed a stand that would be low enough so when I have it set up at a restaurant or coffee shop, it wouldnt take up too much space or be too high so that it blocks peoples faces across the table. This stand is perfect for all of that and its also sturdy and doesnt feel like it will tip over if someone knocks into it. Definitely recommended.

Very heavy duty and sturdy!

My tablet is a bit in the heavier side, but even with that and my hand slightly leaning on it, this thing stays in place, no wobbling or leaning back. Which also makes it a little hard to move its position, but Ive found one that doesnt need to be adjusted, so once you find the sweet spot, keep it there, its great. Little rubber pieces on the front make sure that even with a thin bezel tablet or screen, it wont be scratched.

It does take power to fold and adjust - which is a good thing. The stand is very stable and the ipad feels extremely usable

This works well for my surface pro and iPad. Very helpful now that we are doing more video calls.

I had searched for laptop stand and this came. It is fine but not very stable.
