Greater than one weekI love the size of this monitor and the excellent picture quality. It is great for reading text in documents and web pages with no eye strain, as well as very responsive for gaming or watching streamed hockey games.

> 3 dayThis monitor arrived on time, and was well protected in the box! The hardest part of the set up was getting it out of the packaging- which is good, thats why it was all intact! lol Truly lightweight, and it came with VGA, HDMI, DisplayPort, and also a 3.5mm stereo audio cable. With all these options, it should work with ANY computer! The menu buttons are on the right side, on the bottom of the screen - a bit small and there are no markings on the front to differentiate what you are pressing, so you do have to look underneath to choose the correct button . You wont need a software CD or download link to set this up. As soon as I was all connected, my HP Elitebook found it and connected. The monitor was set to the correct resolution so I did not need to adjust this. Looks like this monitor supports audio over HDMI, so you can probably use it as a TV when connected to a streaming device or internet, but I have not tried that yet. I have been using this monitor for work for a few months and am very happy with it!

> 3 dayThe HP M27ha has a great picture. its frame/bezel is excellent, its sound quality is good and it had the makings of a great mid-price monitor. Its deficiencies are in its inability to retain settings. The sound setting has to constantly be reset upon sleep mode as the monitor does not retain this setting in its memory. it retains a lot but not something in inherently frustrating as resetting a sound setting. It could have been 5 stars but this knocked it down to 3. But thats HP quality, has great looks but lets you down by crumbling into the sea.

> 3 dayI got an LG monitor and it arrived broken. The build quality seemed flimsy. This HP seemed better designed out of the box. Works seemlessly. Features are intuitive. It actually looks more stylish than the main photo. Only day one, but good so far.

> 3 dayThe monitor was fine for about three months, after that the screen started going black, and needed to be turned off, and on to get the image back. After a while, the monitor screen went black, with no signal, and no power. Contacted HP customer service, someplace in India, and spent over two hours with the representative who told me to change cables, reset the monitor, connect to a different computer, and some more basic stuff. I keep telling him that the problem was that the monitor didnt work period. The rep keep telling me that there was nothing he could do about the questioning because he had to follow protocol. After two hours of brainless suggestions, and some hard words on my part, he agreed to open a warranty claim. This was a stressful exercise in futility for no reason at all. This personal experience with HP customer service was frustrating, and one of the worse that I had experienced with other companies customer service, and I have had dealings with Comcast and AT&T which are pretty bad.

> 3 dayThis is a really good and clear monitor. I ordered it to use at work to make all my stuff bigger than the ones they supply us. I am almost blind and can see so much clearer on this on. HP never gets it wrong with me!

> 3 dayHP support is less than useful despite having 7 more months on the warranty. HP help online chat slow and will ask you if you had plugged the monitor into the wall. The staff will quickly determine that there is no problem with the monitor as long as the monitor can be turned on. No attempt to even consider that the HDMI port in the monitor is not working well, despite already being told that the colours are jumping around and sometimes screen goes off when moving the monitor. This took 50 minutes. The staff will then request you contact HP smart friend, which, unfortunately is the department for software issues. So they cannot help too, which is another 10 minutes of back and forth on what the issue is. The software staff will then request you call the warranty department. 1 issue with screen but routed to three departments. Please just DO NOT purchase HP products if you value customer support and product quality. I have gone through the frustrations, you dont need to. Just get Dell, I have not had any issues with my 3 year-old Dell in the office.

> 3 dayI love this monitor. I put it together, plugged it in, and it worked immediately on my MacBook Pro. There are several kinds of plugs. I use HDMI. The height is perfect as I keep it directly behind the laptop and use both screens. The blue screen makes it much easier on my eyes. I am a writer so any screen is rough after 12 hours.
