So far theres nothing to complain about. Only issue I have is not use to the keyboard as I am use to using my desktop keyboard. I heard reviews that the brightness isnt bright enough. I use it indoors as I dont carry it outside and so far have no issues with the brightness and Im only using about 3/4 brightness settings. When in tablet mode (3rd pic) the hinges tend to become loose at a certain angle that when youre using touchscreen, the display will tilt back/fall back abit but isnt a big issue for me as it doesnt happen all the time. Other than that, really love this chromebook. I bought in Amazon as I come from Malaysia and is difficult to find anyone selling Chromebook online. The once I manage to find are Acer c434 which is also one of my list but the price is ridiculously overpriced. With Amazon, price + shipping + tax is so much cheaper compare to buying locally.

I bought one of these from Best Buy but the hinges were messed up so I returned it and got a more expensive windows laptop. I hated the Windows one so I returned it and ordered this from Amazon. Hinges were fine. This laptop is so easy to use and it isn’t bogged down by constant updates like Windows

These Chromebooks are great. Super speedy and responsive, with plenty of processing power for whatever you do on a Chromebook. We bought two of these for our kids to use while remote learning and they are working out great. Battery power to use them unplugged for an entire school day, great touchscreens, tablet mode if we ever need it, good camera... we like everything about these units. Not cheap, but so far we like the overall value.

What I disliked was the lack of tech knowledge when I asked: How do I stop Google play store from opening automatically when I turn on my Chromebook?

Feels and looks like a premium laptop, snappy with great features. The OS is exactly what my daughter needed with good battery life and a pleasant keyboard. The screen is on the dim side but manageable, the speakers are a little weaker than hoped. Not the best for content consumption, otherwise solid choice

I really like how the laptop feels in my hands and looks very good. Love the picture quality. The battery doesn’t last as long as expected. Not as fast as lead to believe especially with 8mb ram. Speakers are good quality and loud enough. Price fits the laptop.

This chromebook was ready to use right out of the box. In less than 10 minutes it was linked to my google accounts and preferences and I was using it for work right away.It looks sleek and modern. Its comfortable for typing. The screen is large and easily positioned for my comfort. Its a great value and seems worth much more than the price paid. I love it!

Im coming from an Asus C302C, which is an all-aluminum body. This CB is pretty flimsy by comparison. My main gripe is that I often register accidental touchpad touches while typing because the weight of my wrists pushes down on the flexible plastic base and somehow causes the touchpad to register a click wherever the mouse cursor happens to be at the time.

Paid $535 August 20. Great features; wifi 6 (ax), backlit keyboard, touch screen, 8gb Ram, etc. Who needs Windows since you can do Office 365 (cloud office) and Gsuite aka Google docs on this. Id buy 10 of these for teachers at my school for $535.
