This is good quality ink that works well with your Inkjet printers! I have used other knock off inks and they do not work. Make sure to buy quality ink.

BUYER BEWARE! I bought the black, magenta and yellow cartridges a couple of months ago as my printer was running low on ink. I just inserted them as the ink finally ran out. The printer says the cartridges wont work with my printer. See photo. They are the same cartridges I have been using for years and I have bought original HP cartridges to avoid these types of issues from happening. No idea why they wont work. The packaging was all original, in good shape and states that the cartridges are intended for the US and Canada. See photo. I am in the US. It is too late to return so I just ate +$100!!! If you buy these, be sure to try them out before it is too late to return them. Or just go to your local store as the Amazon price is not much better and you will be able to deal with a live person right away if there are any issues. Amazon must have gotten a discount on these ones!

Unusable. Says its incompatible. So frustrating considering how much money you spend on these things. HP fix the software issue!!! Ridiculous that you buy HP products and they wont work in the printer. Tried the driver on the HP Website, doesnt work either.

Our business bought 14 XL cartridges for our HP Officejet Pro 8100 printers last Aug 9th, 2017. It is not uncommon for us to stock up on supplies, so this entire order was not utilized until just last week. EVERY SINGLE CARTRIDGE is bad. None of our printers recognize these bad cartridges! This was an order that was fulfilled by Amazon directly/Amazon Prime. Of course - we are past the return window so we are out $303.86 and have 14 full XL cartridges that will not work in any of our HP Officejet Pro 8100 printers. I see other recent feedback from others stating the same issue. How can this be allowed?

this was a coounterfit ink cartridge in a HP ink box
