Great computer

This is actually a really good computer. I was worried because of some some of the bad reviews but its just people posting that dont know what they are doing. You cant just take a computer out of the box and expect it to run fast. I set it all up, removed some apps I know I wont use and went straight to updates. The updates took a while but afterwards everything is running smoothly. Let me just say Im a loyal Acer Aspire user and decided to take a chance on this HP and im not regretting my decision.

Just plug in four wires and go, works great, what surprises me are the built in speakers. They sound amazingly good. This is written four months later, just got the computer back after one month of repairs, after three months the mother board broke and it has been a nightmare waiting to get fixed. They did fix it though, but if it breaks again I will be buying another brand.

I bought this specifically b/c it was listed as having the Windows 10 operating system. During set-up, it automatically upgraded to Windows 11 without providing an option for remaining with 10. I didnt want 11.

I was shopping for a simple and reliable desktop for my parents. I came across this HP all in one desktop for a reasonable price. The packaging and overall setup was simple and quick. No complaints. With that said, we are buying this to replace another all in one HP desktop that I bought 5 years ago because the USB ports were malfunctioning. I dont expect HP products to last beyond 4-5 years but you get a stylish, affordable, and reputable product.

Had no idea what an all-in-one desktop computer was, since it been about 15 years since I bought a new computer. It works great and takes up far less space and has far less wires than my old one.

Was bought for someone else who loves it

Overall its a good computer but if I need to meet with someone in Zoom or Teams I need to head to my old laptop. There is no green screen feature and the backgrounds do not work. This feature needs to be updated for sure.

slow performance missing many features overall rating below average

We love this computer. All-in-one is the way to go. We did decide to upgrade the keyboard to a wireless one. Do not listen to the other reviewers about it being slow. It is very fast. Was an easy install as well.
