What I really love about this product is how quickly I learned how to use the task manager. If you’re looking to get work done on the internet at fast speeds it will time out and shut down the program in 2.5 mins ensuring your focus on high productivity. Do you have a problem with hoarding pictures? Don’t worry, it will make you delete your most precious memories for basic updates. You can store about 100-200 pictures tops! This computer works ok. Its not slick. Its not zippy. The sound isnt great. The display is barely adequate. But everything works sufficiently well for it to be used on a daily basis to check email and play solitaire. I miss my Lenovo Yoga, but this is half the price. I can get an Ipad for visuals and use this for routine tasks and still pay less than I would for a brilliant new laptop. So I am ok with this system. Its very light and charges quickly.

Great practical laptop for your needs. I bought this for my dad to enable him to work from home. My husband and I both have a stream and it’s been working out great for us, and that made us purchase this. I was at first going to return this because it wasn’t connecting to the WiFi and contacted Hp and they advised that we would have to pay some monthly fee to enable the laptop to jump on our WiFi which didn’t make sense to me. Come to find out it was our internet company who had accidentally did something that messed up our internet. But when trying to return they advised of like a 30 or 33% restocking fee and other charges that made it not worth it to return. So this is definitely not one of those products you get to try out because you’ll have to pay to return. Overall happy with the computer but gave 4 stars for the return option sucking.
