The suppliers service was excellent but I dont like the fact that all ICT companies use embedded software to enable predatory pricing policies and to establish monopoly supply relationships with their customers. Even aircraft manufacturers have to authorise alternative component manufacturers to supply spares for their aircraft, enabling these to be priced more competitively and manufactured with economy in mind

We bought this as the price here was slightly below the quotes on hp online site. But, it leaked and screwed up our prInter. Now we are in soup. Dont recommend buying this.
