Cant find not a single case or sleeve or any drop protection that is made for this model.

I love the size of this laptop and it works great for me.

I expected it to have free microsoft offices apps but the unit only has the free trial version. but the unit is a good so far.

This is the cheapest 5 series CPU laptop (Intel I5 or Amd Ryzen 5) I could find from a manufacturer that is reputable after nearly a month of laptop shopping (I bought it at a discounted price and not refurbished). So far I love the screen, it is full HD (No touchscreen) and is not grainy like the 768p screens. I use mine to record games with a capture card and it handles it like a champ. Even though it only has an integrated GPU, its quite decent if you dont plan on playing any GPU heavy or high graphics games, it can even handle capture card recording on its own for a very long time. It is very fast. Though there are times when it shuts off the network adapter for WI-FI and refuses to find network connections for the Internet, this might just be a driver update issue that can be fixed with a Windows update that I have yet to install, but I am not sure. This is the only issue I have. If I keep having this problems, I will update the review. But for now, I am happy with it, especially for just browsing and casual recording of games.

It’s definitely a functional laptop. Was it worth $500? No. It rarely connects to internet and constantly allows other devices to take priority, it is already snapping on its hinges, and the touchpad never stops sticking. I can not stress enough how NOT worth your money this laptop is.

I just received this laptop. It’s not working well at all, it will work for 5 mins and then freeze, reboot and the process starts over. I have tried to fix the errors by going into the repair section. Nothing is working. Going to call customer service and see if they can help.

La verdad me pareció muy buena en todos los sentidos solo tengo 2 grandes problemas el primero bueno que las teclas se ven muy toscas, son duras

Not all that much to say about it. It is listed at a 4GHz CPU, but thats its overclock speed. If I had known that when I ordered, I wouldnt have ordered it.

A few hours into trying to do typical updates and upgrades this appears to be manufactured e-waste.
