i love the computer, but does anyone know what the cord on the backpack is for??

It has been less than 4 months and we have had to send this in for repairs. When we received it back from repairs- over two weeks later-we could not log in. All wording was in Chinese. When we finally got ahold of customer service after being on hold several times we have been told the only way to fix this is for us to pay $80 for a flash drive to correct this problem. One we did not create. One that was added to our computer after we sent it in to be repaired. I refused to pay the $80 so was told to go purchase a flash drive and I could download the information. I still do not feel it is my responsibility to correct this. I want a new computer. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS! I will not buy another HP again and recommend you do not either.

This is for personal use. Very lightweight. Streaming colors are vibrant and clear. Very happy with it.

I liked the computer but the camera did not give a good pic.

I am getting back to using a PC after being with Mac for years. Having a time adjusting and this is not the easiest computer to learn again on. Works pretty well. Was easy to set up and get going.

This was no touch screen and it didnt work and I bought it brand new..got it Friday 6:30pm doped it off at UPS the next day in the am and this was last month and they still didnt start my refund until yesterday..dont buy this or any other laptop online they take forever to give you your money back.. its not good for online school it will keep kicking you out..just a waste of my time and my money.
