> 3 dayI have only had this laptop for a year and the hard drive crashed. I lost everything I had on there. It was completely random. It doesn’t work at all now. Even when it was working the touch screen was iffy and didn’t always work. I would not trust this computer with important files.

> 3 dayDisappointed by HP support. The system was upgraded to Win 11 immediately. Now, I cannot go back to Win 10. HP says that I need to download Win 10 from MS to reset this laptop.

> 3 dayThe laptop was what I expected.....It has a fairly sturdy design and is nice and quick for basic stuff. However the battery life is bad 5-6hrs surfing the web on lowest brightness setting...but except for that its fine.

Greater than one weekI, personally, love this laptop. Everything works as it should. I have about 4 hrs, of battery if Im streaming, or gaming. Closer to 5 if Im editing video. Closer to 6 hrs, if Im doing research, and working in a doc. Its not BAD, but I am generally carrying the cord around in the laptop bag, everywhere I go. Sometimes, it seems to die SUPER fast, but sometimes I find that something was downloading in the background, that I was unaware of. So, there is that.
