Everything seems to work fine but this laptop is not a touchscreen which is the main reason I upgraded. Seeing on other reviews that the touchscreen works great so wondering if they just sent me the wrong model?

Great computer

For the price it is a great computer.

I, personally, love this laptop. Everything works as it should. I have about 4 hrs, of battery if Im streaming, or gaming. Closer to 5 if Im editing video. Closer to 6 hrs, if Im doing research, and working in a doc. Its not BAD, but I am generally carrying the cord around in the laptop bag, everywhere I go. Sometimes, it seems to die SUPER fast, but sometimes I find that something was downloading in the background, that I was unaware of. So, there is that.

The computer does have some technical issues that more expensive models do not have, such as glitches when using Google Chrome. However, for the value, it is 100% worth the price. Lightweight, comfortable, and great design. Cant get a better, fully functional laptop in this price range.

Awesome use for start up company

They are very fast, they boot up very quickly, and function very well. The touch screen is great. They are very lightweight, but the case is plastic which might make it very fragile. In my opinion, they are good for home use and school use but you will need a case or backpack for travel to protect it from damage. I recommend it to buyers, they are great for the price and their functionality.

Didnt come with my finger print

THERE IS NO TOUCH SCREEN, dont you have a phone for that? The rest works great. I think the battery life could be a bit better, but my frame of reference probably isnt great (work computer is over $1,500 in contrast). I needed a computer, this is a computer. I like that it seems pretty sturdy, despite being plastic. Doesnt sound like its overheating. Works just fine!
