I like that its easy to operate. Great touch screen .I would recommend the HP anytime.

Fast and cheap. Better then Intel I3 and I5.

Overall this is a pretty good laptop when it is working. But it often freezes up requiring a reboot. I have never had that problem with Intel processors. It also goes to Bing frequently, and I never use Bing. That is the fault of Microsoft. It came with Windows S, but I was able to disable that. I do not like this computer.

This laptop has been the cause of constant headaches ever since purchasing it. Only needed it for basic web browsing and schoolwork - nothing crazy. After only 3-4 months I started experiencing issues, the system fan would run abnormally loud sometimes. Shortly after, the fan failed completely and the laptop wouldnt start at all. What made it all worse is HPs awful customer service. After hours of chatting with customer support (impossible to get anyone on the phone) one of their reps reluctantly allowed the laptop to be sent in for repair, only after trying his hardest to push the extended warranty on to me. The repair box was sent to my house and was supposed to include a prepaid return label, which they forgot to include. After another few hours with customer service, they told me the label would be emailed to me within 24 hours, I could print it out and use that. No big deal. It took them a WEEK to simply email the label. Finally it was sent, the laptop was repaired and of course there were delays in the repair process. When I finally received the laptop back, I opened the box and they forgot to send me my charger back with it. I wasnt even surprised at this point. AVOID THIS PRODUCT AND HORRIBLE COMPANY, SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHES

This laptop has been used by adults only and never leaves the house. Only used about 2 hours a week max. The view others have of me on screen is the screen is turning yellow and flashing. I regret this purchase from March 2021.

The setup was easy and I’m confident it will serve my needs well. I just got it so I will have to update this review as I use it.

Had a issue with the computer within the first 3 months and was told to contact HP. You cannot talk to anyone and the text chat with customer service was very difficult as the person I was talking to did not understand or speak English well. Had to send back my computer and it took longer than expected. Hopefully I will not have more issues

For the price it is a great computer.
