This didnt get a 5 starts only because of the front pocket being too small. They could have added a bit more material so when the bag is full you can get full use of the front pocket. Right now i can barely get a pair of gloves in there.. Otherwise it keeps my daily pair of work dress cloths not wrinkled and that was the whole point :)

I can fit a winter coat and dress shirt in the suit bag to jog commute one way (plus shoes, pants, etc in the duffel compartment). Thus no need to stash clothes at work. The bag has held up well for two years of moderate use, without much sign of wear. I havent experienced the loosening of the lower buckle that another reviewer mentions. The waist strap can loosen a tad, but its effortless to re-adjust on the go. I did use it as a suit carrier a few times, and it did not disappoint. On a ski + wedding trip, it sheltered the suit from an overstuffed boot bag on multiple legs of travel.

Great backpack. Gets a little tight when you have a complete suit in there but definitely has a lot of space in the main compartment. Very comfortable.

This is a very good system for running. The balance and the body straps are comfortable and you can adjust on the fly. The volume in the central bag is very good for a daily commute. The big complaint is that the bottom side release buckle does not stay secure. It loosens and by the end of my daily 2.5mi run it has released all the way. Bad still works fine, but had balance issues at the end of a run. I am looking into finding a device that can clamp or secure the side straps in place. They should spend a little more on this element event if it increases the price.

This is a unique solution for bike commuters that works very well, but would benefit from a version 1.1 with some bug fixes. Most importantly, it really does transport clothes without wrinkling them, and has space for a pair of shoes and a shower kit, which is pretty much the whole purpose of the bag. Now the things that get annoying with daily use: -None of the straps have stays for the excess length. I have put either rubber bands or zipties on all of the straps, so I can tuck in the excess. Otherwise the straps dangles down and start to whip around when I pick up speed on the bike. -The zipper on the gear bag is on the inside of the bag when it is clipped in. This is a real head-scratcher, because it means you have to unclip the gear bag to access it and there doesnt seem to be any functional reason the zipper cant face outwards. -The gear bag clips into the top of the garment bag, when unrolled. As a result the gear bag is constantly getting in the way of putting clothes in the garment bag or hanging the garment bag from a hook. -Poor night reflectors. The detailing along the zipper is somewhat reflective, but isnt visible from either side of the rider. It would cost maybe a couple dollars to add reflective strips on the right and left sides of the bag, and would add a lot of safety. -No rain cover. I see some other reviews saying that they got one, but nothing came with my bag. The bag material is sturdy but not waterproof.

I am extremely happy with my Henty Wingman Backpack. I use it for bike commuting to work and my clothes arrive wrinkle free unlike any folding solution Ive tried. Despite some comments this does come with a rain cover, though Ive not had occasion to use it yet. While it may look a bit bulky, I hardly notice it when riding. I have about a 10 mile commute each way with a couple of pretty steep hills. It could use some more reflective elements for safety. But it is the only solution Ive found that gets my business clothes to work without wrinkle - thus the 5 stars.

After the first day’s use, the Henty has delivered a relatively un-creased shirt and completely uncreased suit. Shirt is not straight off the rack but close enough as to be fine in a corporate setting. Pretty quick to pack, easy to ride with. Suit came out perfectly, plenty of room for towel and pockets on the outside for wallet and keys etc. The pocket just behind the straps that rests on your back curves so if wanting to carry a laptop would need some sort of stiffness assistance – I’d not pack my surface pro 3 or an ipad in it unless it has some sort of armour – but it actually fits a work laptop (the lennovo thinkpad t430s), so performs the commute bag role well Cons are that the bag rests flat against you so would be pretty warm in summer unless you got some sort of separator in play.... and was pretty expensive at $220 AUD delivered.

I bought this bag not for the daily commute/gym aspect that it is marketed for--but as a carry-on garment bag to carry my suit cross-country. I was admittedly very skeptical of the wrinkle-free claims and worried that I would arrive at my destination with a crumpled up, ruined suit. My experience was FAR from that, and I am so glad I made the investment in this bag. If you take the time to carefully pack up and roll the bag, your suit/pants/and shirt will be flawless--even after 12 hours of flying and traveling! No ironing needed whatsoever. Im so excited about this product, thank you so much. Besides it actually working, you can also feel the quality craftsmanship and durability of this bag. I knew right away that this was a lifetime purchase and Im so stoked about that considering the price. Cant recommend this bag enough! If youre hesitant about the price and if it actually works or not, buy it, and you wont regret it!

After two trips (one international and one domestic) I see small signs of wear-n-tears. Overall its worth it. Dont over pack because it can get heavy, unless you workout daily.

The bag was great for the first 2 weeks. but then the seam on the bottom of the dry bag started to separate and pull apart. I have tried to calling customer service multiple times but guess what, they dont have a warranty and there is no one who will help you. just some random person who answers the phone and says ill take down your information and someone will get back to you. No one ever gets back to you. I have been trying desperately to get help because the bag is exactly what I wanted for my bike commute. it is unfortunate that a company who makes a useful product has such HORRIBLE customer service.
