This product is amazing. My daughter can use the toilet by herself, and feels safe. I wish I had it sooner.

This potty ladder has been a lifesaver!! I got it in a final desperate attempt to make the potty feel “secure and comfortable “ to sit on. Shortly after we got the seat, my son had his “a ha” moment, and he potty trained. The easy fold up of the seat has also been a life saver. I have brought it to so many family gatherings, friends houses, etc.. it seems like so much to spend when you feel like you’ve spent so much on other things, but it is so worth it!

Does not level properly with toilet seat up nor down nor removed when using with mid size (traditional height) toilet.

Wish I would have bought this to start with instead of the miniature replica toilet. My daughter is 2.5 y/o and very very petite. She has no butt so hard seats are uncomfortable. She loves this one and the soft seat! The seat opening is a little wide. Seems easy enough to clean. Fits out toilet and sturdy enough she gets up by her self turns around and pulls her own pants down (plenty of room with the large white step only. Pink extra step didnt work for us unfortunately). I could see certain toilets not working with this seat or large toddlers (35lbs+) that are not on the cautious side. I think it would be well worth a try especially if your kiddo is petite!

My son was recently potty trained. It took 4 different potties/potty seats for us to find the right one. We both didn’t like the toddler potty’s (for him he wasn’t comfortable and for me the clean up could get messy). After trying 3 different ones, we decided to put a potty seat on the toilet and use a stool. My son is 3 and still needed help getting on/off the potty with the stool. Sometimes he’d get frustrated because he wanted to do it on his own, so I continued my search for another potty. I can finally say my search is over! Now, he goes to the restroom on his own!

We are on day 1 of the potty learning journey with our autistic 4-year old, and the Growth Pic toddler toilet seat got our kid to sit on the toilet…over a dozen times. We had purchased another style of seat that just sits over the toilet seat cover, along with a step stool, and that combination did not feel secure to us or our kiddo and he balked at not being able to maneuver on and off the toilet on his own. (Our kid has vestibular and proprioceptive challenges, which translates to having a tough time understanding where his body is in space). The Growth Pic step ladder and clever monkey shaped handles are first and foremost sturdy. Once on the toilet, the seat remains on and is durable to hold nearly 40-pounds of kid wiggling. Secondly, the seat gives our kid the ability to climb on and off the toilet on his own, which helps boost his confidence. We’ve been pleased with the easy assembly and set up, including the splash guard for boys (helping our kid learn to point down too). The fruit imprints on the white part of the step kept our kid occupied enough while sitting and waiting, which is helpful in a small sized bathroom, as you don’t have to have another item to have on hand to try and throw at your kid to keep them still until they empty their bladder fully. The only minor down sides: the seat worked better for us with our toilet seat up and wasn’t sturdy at all over the toilet seat itself. But as another reviewer mentioned, the silver lining is an über clean toilet! The other downside is us having to get our kid to understand that all toilets will not be so accommodating once we start branching out. But hopefully, his confidence will continue to grow as he gets more used to using the potty. Thank you Growth Pic for allowing parents one less stress in the potty learning journey.

My son absolutely loves it. He calls it his potty throne. Lol I bought this and a potty chart and it has been nothing but successful. This seat has made him feel very confident and needed minimal assistance from me to use it. He’s about 2.5 and I figured with nothing else working, to give this a try. It’s been great.

This was worth the price. My 2 year old was already trained on a little potty prior to using this. But 24 hours into it, he can already use it himself. Easy to assemble, easy to clean, easy to fold.

This is awesome except i wish it had a way to adjust the leg height. It was too short for our toilet. Or else it would have been 5 stars
