> 3 dayGreat from factor here. Vesa mounting is possible which is great if you want to mount the PC. We are using the PC for our children. They web browse, use office, and do school work. It will even play Roblox, but this is by no means a gaming PC.

> 3 dayThis is a great little computer if you dont do any gaming. For everyday use, its excellent. I upgraded my computer, and the $117.65 upgrade didnt increase its speed at all. In fact, I dont know what effect it had. This is the only reason I didnt give it five stars.

> 3 dayIm sorry, I can find nothing wrong with this little power house. Easy to set up, no fuss, no muss, no bother. I give it an A++ rating. If you set it on a hard surface the fan sounds like a mosquito, set it on a folded bandana and you will never know its there. To save me the time and hassle of opening this little baby up I have 2 questions: Does it have 1 16gb chip or 2 8gb chips? And 2 - can I use a SSD drive instead of a HDD? Thanks for making a VERY fine little product. Well done.

> 3 dayThere have been lots of customer reviews of the actual product, so Im going to review the Customer Service from Geekom. I did have an issue with my Geekom IT8 after three months of ownership. I contacted their Customer Service via e-mail and had a response within 24 hours. There were a couple more follow up e-mails with questions and answers, etc. and in the end my issue was fully resolved. I would not hesitate to recommend this product and follow up service.

> 3 dayI dont know about you, but I sometimes stream stuff that doesnt have handy little apps for Roku or whatnot. For example, VidAngel doesnt have Roku apps anymore. You want to stream, youre either stuck streaming from your phone, or else on a computer. Thats where this handy little device comes in.

> 3 dayAbsolutely did not expect it to run as well as it does because it’s so CHEAP. I run high graphic games on it such as GTA V and Fortnite and it handles it with 15-20 ping at all times. This has been one of the best purchases I’ve made and doubt almost any $1000 desktop pcs can come close to it. I’ve shopped around markets and bought many pcs in my life, this has been the best by far. It is amazingly portable and I will be using this for the rest of my life.

Greater than one weekThis is clearly the best looking Mini PC, a class act computer with a nice frame and beautiful smooth black mirror like top surface. I appears to be very well built and has all the ports necessary, one HDMI and displayport will allow a two screen setup, three USB 3.2, two USB C and a regular/full size SD Card (yea) that none of my other computers have!

> 3 dayStill transferring data from an old laptop to my new computer, but so far working very well. Like the small footprint and NOT a lot of extra stuff (software) that I dont want. I already had the monitor, speakers, keyboard, and mouse, so this was the right switch for me. I had considered an all-in-one, but after reviews and such, this made more sense to go with the mini set-up. Havent had to use the tech support yet.
