No remote the heat is not controlled right

I bought several different types within the past several weeks but they were not adding up to what I needed; even though their descriptions sounded good. But, after purchasing it was quickly found that they were inferior to their descriptions. I took a chance on this item and right out of the box I knew that I knew that I hit a home run! Have used it for several days now and do not regret the purchase but I now realize that my initial home run is just a triple. Everything was great but it was missing one thing that I really wanted and that is - bubbles! Stay tuned; Ive order 2 different type aquarium bubblers to try with this and make my purchase completely satisfying. Other then just that one missing function I would strongly recommend this unit for someone who wants a spa that works excellently and is deep for placing and covering completely your feet in.

Concept and product function is right on, but first time I received this product, the massage tool was broken. The replacement is missing a foot…luckily customer service was prompt. One big thing about this heating function - if you are heating from cold water, the temp doesn’t really reflect the actual temperature. Says someone who put her feet in 120 degree water, while the machine shows it’s 88

The foot spa worked great but I did have to return it because I could not get my feet in it. I have problems with my legs. When I finally did get them in there they hurt so bad that I had to take them out I didnt scrape my 1 foot. The instructions said to not stand up and put your feet in there that would have been the only way I could have got both feet in there without difficulty But everything on the foot spa worked great I think if I could have gotten the full top off it would have been better. But only part of the top came off. People that have no problems with their feet and legs would probably enjoy this foot spa

I used this product for my sprained ankle. I love how it keeps the temperature High. That has been my frustration with other models. The Massage Elements are a little rough at first but I have figured out how to best position my feet. The bucket is very large and a little cumbersome to move. However it does have wheels and a tube for emptying the water. I have successfully used it with my Epsom salts and have found it very relaxing.

The wheels broke first used, sent it back to Amazon and it was a little tight for a sized 13 , no longer have this product

This could of been a good product but sadly it hurts me. This baths opening is not wide enough for how high the rim goes leaving it to cut deep into your legs while using it. I used it for less then 5 minutes and the picture I have provided shows just how bad it is, I believe if I would of used it any longer it would of cut me, the edges where very rough plastic as well. Also another detail is that the first thing the box list is that it has bubble massage, it does not bubble. The only message is the motorized rollers at the bottom. One very good thing though is that the heat works well and does heat the water just be careful if you rest your heels anywhere near the red lights it will get very hot and could possibly burn you if you try to leave your feet there. I did not attempt to burn myself just to prove a point. When I felt excess heat that was uncomfortable I quickly moved away from the location in the foot spa.

I mainly purchased this product because of the shower which only worked partially. There are 16 shower holes for leg where only about 1/2 work on each side as if the holes are clocked. Water heater was awesome. Just received it about 3-days ago and couldn’t wait to use it. When cleaning it upon removal of the foot massagers I noticed some kinda black spots like maybe oil or tar I’m not sure. Then once the water ran out I also noticed a plastic spring like piece at the bottom of the basin so I’m not sure what that is either. As far as the rotating massage goes, feels good on the onset but after 5 minutes or so the plastic will start to feel hard on the bottom of your feet and can begin to become a little painful. This product is amazing. It has a lot of different features we’re taking care of your sore, tired, and exhausting feet. Because of Covid it’s easy to do your own pedicure with this product.
