Ive owned a number of inexpensive volt owm meters before. But for various reasons I have had to replace them. So I finally got this one and am very pleased. I expect it to last a long time. Features which Ive already found to be very handy are auto-ranging, the ability to attach one probe to the unit, and the audible continuity indicator. Also, the ammeter, which Ive not had previously, will come in handy if it is ever needed. Each year I get my son and nephews a small, quality tool of some type for Christmas -- something they might not get for themselves. This product may be the gift for this year. A great product.

This is a handy unit. Amp tester is slotted not clamp style making it easy to get into crowded electrical panels for testing circuits to balance out loads for generator transfer switches. Also knows and displays the difference between AC and DC so its always ready for anything without being confusing.

This is a meter anybody can use and it wont blow up
