I bought two Stream Decks (XL and MK.2). After installing them, everything was OK until they showed the El Gato Logo. Even El Gato technical support could not solve the problem. I had to return one to Amazon, and the other crossed the period I am eligible for a refund. This is my thought: 1. This product is overpriced 2. This product is under development but is advertised as fully functional (please google El Gato stream deck logo issue) 3. This is a USB device, and we are in 2023, so I expected Stream Deck to be a stable plug-and-play device. Now I have a device that I paid for, and it is entirely unfunctional after less than two months of use. I lost money and, most importantly: a time in my life no one gave me back.
