Works as promised. Expensive? Yes. Worth it? Yes!

I love the dyson brand and its products. They certainly do the job that you want but I think this is just to expensive. It really should be factored in when purchasing the air purifier as this is really creating a hefty cost if you want to continually use the product that already costs quite a bit.

Delivery was prompt and the product ia in good condition.

This filter is pricey, but with a Dyson what else would you expect. On the positive side, it was easy to install.

I have the desk cool link purifier and it fits like a glove! It’s a lot cheaper on amazon than other retailers ($69.99). This is an authentic Dyson filter. I was worried that it wouldn’t fit but took a change because of the price. I can also return it if it didn’t fit. It ended up fitting and being exactly what was described!

If I could give this review a 0 (ZERO) star, I would! This Dyson replacement filter was defective when I received it. Initially, it had a faint oder (fishy smell). I thought it would go away in a couple days, as some products need to air out after being packaged. It did not. The smell is getting worse! So, when I tried to return it at Amazon, they sent me to Dyson. I called Dyson and they refused to return this defective filter, but wanted to sell a new one to me for $75...$20 more than the one I paid for! I used to think Dyson was a high class, reputable company...NO MORE!! For a brands products to cost so much money in the first place, youd think customer service would be just as classy. These people are terrible and so is the product! I am now, out of $56 for a filter that doesnt work and Im unable to use my Dyson air purifier because I dont have a filter! After calling Amazon, I was connected with a very nice agent who helped me return this item. After communicating with her, the Star goes to Amazon...Dyson still receives ZERO stars!

This put my family at risk during the NYC air crisis. This is not a Dyson manufactured filter. This is dangerous. It weighs substantially less, the weave is different on the inside of the filter, and the fonts and print color of the logos are way off from the original. This did not clean the air in my home, the status remains at “very poor” while using this fake filter. Even with the setting on 10 and being left on for days, the air quality did not improve. Once I switched to a genuine Dyson filter the air quality in my home improved significantly and the sensors in the Dyson rated the air quality as good after running the unit for a short period. DO NOT BUY!
