Good company with good products. Items carefully packed, shipped quickly, authentic, highly recommended seller.

Tried the CalDigit USB-C Pro dock first based on the Wirecutter review, but it didnt have enough power (only 85W) to support charging the laptop (via USB-C), and other functions like ethernet were unstable. The Dell WD19TB dock charges the laptop and adds lots of additional ports through the single USB-C cable. Has been working well for the past 2 months. Note that the dock supports Thunderbolt. My Dell 7501 model doesnt have Thunderbolt so it shows a warning at every boot that the full functionality of the dock is not available (e.g., higher USB-C data speed). A minor nuisance. Glad I found it!

First there is a known issue when using with an xps laptop and display port. Then I also had problems with the power brick and opted to replace with a third party power adapter after a dell warranty sent a replacement for dock but did not send the power adapter, which is what was needed. It works for the most part now other than not all the inputs come back after sleep. I have to connect and disconnect the dock (sometimes more than once) to get things to work. Very disappointed for something at this price. My $40 usb c dock works better than this expensive piece of junk.

One of the best docks in the market. Works equally well with HP, Dell and MacBook Pro and even iPad Pro (12”)... If Dell would add SD/MMC card readers this would makes the absolutely best dock.

Definitely not worth the money. I never write reviews but I couldnt help it with something at this price failing so significantly. I run a simple laptop and 1 extra monitor with my phone plugged in to it sometimes...I get a fan error message almost daily after less than a month of use. It works well enough that I keep using it but sometimes the fan never stops running and causes my computer to go into some weird safe mode just due to the fan error code. It goes away but sometimes I have to unplug the whole thing to get the fan to run correctly. It is in a well ventilated area. Very disappointed in Dell on with this one.

The onboard ethernet adapter (Realtek USB GbE Family Controller) becomes effectively disabled at least 3/4 days out of each week. I have to go into the adapter settings and tweak the following attributes EACH time. - Adaptive Link Speed = Enabled - Energy-Efficient Ethernet = Disabled - Green Ethernet = Disabled - Speed & Duplex = 1.0 Gbps Full Duplex (auto-negotiation really should work here) Essentially, the settings revert back to defaults and this is the only fix. Rebooting does not resolve this. Simply clicking Enable does not resolve this. Note that Dell has published a similar issue (Article Number: 000132644) related to Flow Control. My issue is NOT related to this, because, as you can see above, I never have to tweak the Flow Control setting.

Very misleading. It was not new very clearly used. I expect to not necessarily get the best product when receiving it at a lower price but this was terrible. It was in worse shape then the refurbished one I bough and returned. Don’t waste your time.

To clarify, I love this dock after I updated the firmware on it. I was about to return it as when my laptop would go to sleep when connected, nothing would turn back on. After a quick Google search, this was a known issue and updating the firmware on it fix it. Ever since that update, Im able to enjoy my multiple monitor setup, and performance/reliability has been rock solid.

    1. Duo monitors work with Macbook, but not HDMI + DP, only DP + thunderbolt. Please search the product with Apple USB-C and there is a dell official doc about what are supported. 2. IMPORTANT, before use it with mac, be sure to plug in to a Windows/Linux device and find the newly released firmware. The newest update solves some issues of waking up your mac with bluetooth devices when the dock is used. Almost returned, but 2^ makes it worked seamless with my 2 monitors and bluetooth keyboard/mouse. Only the power button is basically useless. Good enough for me.
