I couldnt find this charger in any store so I was excited to purchase it however, its already acting like theres a shortage. I have to position it a certain way to charge and its only been 6 weeks!!

The connector from the adapter to the laptop does not fit into the laptop. since there was no paperwork with the packaging, I have no way of returning it. What should I do?

Good power supply, alot cheaper than those universal ones.
