So far, so good. I’m loving the new system, I am now able to print, my printer stop working due to me having an old system window 7. The new system window 10 is running smoothly and couldn’t be more happier.

I had purchased this for use with online classes and video calls. By no means is this a gaming desktop (Unless you upgrade it alot). The mouse and keyboard provided are very Dollar Store-ish. Still, a good buy and no regrets here. I added memory and storage. No issues. Playing 4k video it will struggle. 1080p at 60fps looks great. 1440p works most the time without buffer. The wifi card is slow with only 2.4 and not the 5 option. The Ethernet is the best option

PC really is like new, and it was packaged very well for shipment. I had a problem with a missing screw to secure an M.2 NVME SSD, and I was reimbursed for the cost to buy it from Amazon. When products this good are available to buy, and they are supported very well, I see no reason for a typical household / home theater type purchase to buy new instead.

I had to ship my $2000 computer to the manufacturer for repair (I hope), so I ordered this one first. $165, and it really does run like new. Way to go Refurbanana.

The seller shipped very quickly and I got it 10 days after ordering (UPS Ground to Alaska). The box was thrashed, but thankfully they did good on packaging and nothing was broken. First thing I did was open the case up. Aside from two dust balls, it looked brand new inside. The blades on the front fan were a bit dirty, but no big deal. Power cord, keyboard, mouse, and usb wifi adapter was included. For those wondering, it is possible to had another hard drive. Mine already had an sata power and sata data cable ran to the spot where one could be placed. Mine did not come with a hard drive tray/caddy. They make one for a 2.5 drive and one for a 3.5 drive. They arent expensive so its not a huge deal. The motherboard has an m.2 slot, which is used by the 256gig drive that comes with the computer. I wasnt expecting that, but its a nice bonus. Mine came with a Toshiba nvme. It also has a Pcie x16 and Pcie x4 slot. One could put a low profile gpu in, but the power supply would likely need to be upgraded as its only rated at 180 watts. It does have a hdmi port which is nice as it saved the cost of having to get a display port to hdmi adapter. The computer turned on immediately and started through the Windows 10 setup. Everything went smoothly and no problem with activation. No issues with Windows Update either, though it did take a little while which is to be expected with the amount of updates (which included a bios/firmware update). All in all, $139 shipped is a good deal, especially when you consider how much the operating system alone costs. I would suggest purchasing another hard drive to put in it, as depending on what youre using it for, the 256gig drive can fill up pretty quickly.

I love this item, it is fast and ready to go with quickness. From the time i hit the start button i am logged in and running into my work space in a matter of 20 seconds. I am fortunate to be able to work from home in this pandemic but i needed something that can handle my daily multi tasking needs. I have to use dual monitors for work so this meets my needs. I have connected up to three monitors and it works flawlessly. Currently using dual monitors because i ran out of table space but i am glad i have the option to use a third. Bought this as a birthday present for my 13 year old gamer son and he LOVES it.

It lasted for 10 months then took a crap! Purchased 3 other computers identical to this one and they are all still working just fine. All refurbished units. This is the only one that has had an issue. Very disappointed. Called customer service only to be told it had a 90 day warranty. Lesson learned. Dont buy a refurbished computer from these guys.
