Product powered up for 3 seconds, then permanently shutdown. Tried everything. Huge waste of time!

Computer is fine although the Windows 10 installed was quite old which required massive & tricky updating. The keyboard and mouse were trashed & are now on the way to the landfill. I had read other reviews with similar results from this seller so dont expect a usable keyboard or mouse in the package that you receive. The value of the computer itself is excellent!

Ordered two of these PCs to perform some basic functions at my work. The PCs are a good value and currently performing well. Unfortunately, one of the PCs is missing 8gb of RAM. Two of the slots are filled and identified in task manager, so I guess they stuck two 4gb sticks in rather than 8gb. Also, one mouse came with a broken right click.

Advertised at 256GB but only has 238GB.

This is a great little PC. It has enough power for basic office work such as Office programs, SQL, Python, etc. It is not going to play games, or do heavy video encoding, but if you want a good computer for basic office needs, this is great. Set up took no time, and its been great so far.

I bought these to update our office computers at a business. We use a browser-based system primarily so we just needed a simple computer. What a headache. Motherboard fan stopped working after six months. Then another one dies a few months later. Yikes.

It’s a good PC if you need it just for basic stuff. Specs listed below: 16GB DDR4-2133MHZ (I upgraded to Crucial 16GB-3200 MHZ) 256 SSD-(I replaced since it was not the best quality) I5-6500-Preety good for everything but gaming Don’t get this if you want to game since it is not that good. Just for business work etc.
