The monitor is pretty good for a work computer. The size is great and you can easily have two web pages open at the same time without squinting or straining.

When my 28 inch Hanns-g monitor died after ten or more years of service I searched for the same, but found the price had jumped quite a bit on the brand. Wanting a more economical buy I found this 27 inch Dell on Amazon. Although Im a Mac user I have some experience with PC products and IMHO Dell is the best of those companies, offering quality products at good prices. So I didnt hesitate when I saw this model on sale for $149. I tested its vga connection then went with HDMI, which Id recommend. Running it off an Asus GeForce 710 I was very impressed with the beautiful naturalistic skin tones in videos and the fine details. I dont play video games so the 2GB card is plenty for me. Very happy with this monitor.

The monitor was fine for a while. But after a few months, the the monitor would shut down with any attempt to tilt it for a better viewing position. The monitor would go back on when tilted back to its original position, but it was very difficult to find that exact position. The problem was with the HDMI port. Any movement of the cable connector would shut down the monitor. I at first thought it might be a defective cable so I bought a new one. Same problem, so its the port not the cable.

I needed an external monitor for my MacBook Pro for use primarily with Adobe Lightroom, and I couldnt decide on one. I tested this Dell, a lower-priced Spectre, and a higher-priced Philips 4K. All 27. Well, this monitor is the keeper. For a non-4K 27 monitor, Im quite impressed. Text isnt noticeably jaggy. Brightness & contrast are strong, colors are clear, robust and consistent. Matches my MacBook displays color (or, certainly close enough even for my picky eye) right out of the box with no tinkering to settings needed. Im connecting with a USB-C to HDMI cable, I made sure to get a cable that was rated for this purpose (easy to find on Amazon). The setup couldnt have been easier. I usually dont take time to write reviews but Im really happy with this monitor. I have no long-term info yet, Ive only had it a few days. For the price, Id say it would be really difficult (if not impossible) to find a higher quality monitor. If youre looking for a gaming monitor, you might want to go with a non-IPS model for the faster refresh rates (that said, I havent tried using this with my PS4 yet). If your primary use is photo / video editing, IPS is the way to go (based on my recent research) for richer, consistent colors.

I’m using this for work, for a 2nd monitor to pair with my laptop. It makes my Excel Spreadsheets easy to read even when fitting a large number of columns on the screen. Using an HDMI cable makes the image much clearer than the old style VGA. It’s very bright even at 50% brightness. Love this monitor!

This is a very nice 60hz monitor I bought to match alongside a 144hz Monitor I purchased in size. I feel the picture quality is very satisfying for its price. Has some tinny goofy speakers but come on who buys a monitor for the speakers? Thin bezel design is a big plus- very slick. I have experienced no issues that some claim come with running a 60hz alongside a 144hz. Others experiences may vary.

I have one at work so I bought my self one to double screen at home with my iMac. Works just as expected and looks just as expected. I don’t know if it’s good for gaming as I don’t use it for that purpose.

This monitor is incredible. The super narrow bezel looks very nice and high end. The picture quality is crisp, bright, and accurate. It connect super easily, not too heavy, but the base is firm and holds it in place. The screen tilts, but doesn’t raise or lower, which is good to know before you buy. It’s not an issue for me. I’m using the hdmi port to use it as a monitor for my MacBook Pro.

A decent, frameless, 27” high def picture, with excellent blacks for under $200. As an IT Geek, a few of these is my WFH solution, paired with the USB Docking Station GIQ USB C Hub USB 3.0 to Dual HDMI VGA Adapter Triple Display USB C Laptop Docking Station. Gives me one VGA display for email, and two HDMI displays for IT work. One can even leave the laptop open for total of four displays.
