its a cheap, yet very functional, 4k office monitor. It looks very washed out when looking at it next to my XPS13 laptop side by side, but its ok for non-gaming/media consumption.

I bought this monitor to match my refurbished Dell OptiPlex 3040. Great choice, since Im not into PC gaming. This serves well in terms of refresh rate and picture quality, considering the price. Great for internet browsing and email. If youre on a budget, like I am (Im recently retired), this is perfect. Does an outstanding job of replacing my 10 year old Apple MAC that quit on me. So far, I have no complaints or regrets. Easy to connect to your computer using an HDMI cord. Yes, there are better monitors out there depending on your intended usage but again, this is perfect as a general purpose device for everyday needs.

Something about the backlight strains my eyes a bit. I have played with the color settings. Maybe my eyes are just getting old. Pushing 50.

I have spoken with Dell and Microsoft support regarding the lack of clarify (blurring) primarily noticed in Outlook and EXCEL. Both were helpful, but my old Asus has better quality on Outlook and EXCEL. All other aspects of the Dell monitor are excellent, so far. It may be my PC has a VGA rather than HDMI outlet. I am not sure.

My new monitor arrived quickly. Fortunately for me it has a RGB input. Removed it from the box and put it on my desk right in place of my old monitor, using the existing power cord and input cable from my old monitor. Thats it! The monitor has a bright, beautiful display compared to my old one (19).

I use this to connect to my work computer to give me a second screen. I like the size of this and it is a comfortable height.
