I am pleased with the laptop except the camera won’t let it open with face recognition. That is the only drawback.

I like the computer . No problems.

This is our sixth Dell computer but the first that wasnt great out of the box. We ended up taking it in to the local Geek Squad because it could not boot up. The technician told us the hard drive was no good and that it wasnt the first they have seen to have this problem. (He called it a D2 drive.) His guess was that Dell sources hard drives from multiple vendors and one of those vendors had some bad drives. Whatever. Sad that I can no longer trust Dell. Returned the unit and awaiting refund.
